I’m in same boat as Todd L. I’ve been chasing my refund for months and only get the runaround. There are different addresses to this company but the phone number I got called from was 727−524−3828

This company seems so sketchy! A girl called the office, and I asked if I can buy the poster through their website, and she said «no», and stated they accept credit cards and personal checks through the phone. When I insisted checking out their website, the girl gave me a website name that was not a part of their company —
which seems legit. While on the phone, I asked her which poster she was trying to sell to me, since I didn’t see the name of it on the website she provided me with. She then put me on hold for a few minutes, and then went on to explain how she accidentally gave me the wrong website, and that I should buy the poster from her or else I can be fined and my employees can do something? I don’t even know… (OOOOH so scary!). Any ways, don’t buy anything from a place that has shady operations, and is over priced, and can’t provide you with any sort of receipt or invoice.
PS: They hype you up by telling you the posters can be written off 100% on your taxes (which maybe true, but I’m pretty sure their shady posters don’t fall into that category).

Don’t ever work with these folks. They have numerous complaints on the Internet about them trying to push their labor law posters for high fees as required to unsuspecting employees. When you refuse their package or return it, they do not refund your payment. I’ve been chasing a $ 150 refund from my $ 189 charge (they keep a processing fee!) for almost a year now!
