Illusion Hair Design

Ilusion Hair design, truly an illusion (apart from tha fact that they misspelled their own name) they have a bright neon sign in which it states they are open and ready for business.
When I walked in I said «Hola» obviously because I know by the misspelling of the business name no one in there could possibly speak a lick of English. Anyhow, they ignored me. Like completely ignored the fact that a *new* customer had just walked in the door. A couple seconds later, an employee dying a clients hair, while the same client was getting her nails done turns around and asks me «what do you need?»
I went on to tell her I wanted to get my hair blow dried and she had the audacity to say she was done for the day and could not take any more clients.
a) Why did you ask me what needed/​wanted to be done if you’re not willing to work.
b) Your business is in some SERIOUS need of… a lot of things. Mainly clientele service .
c) I will NEVER consider going there again. I wouldn’t have but my husband’s barber shop is right next to Ilusion hair design and I thought it would be super convenient to get my hair blow dried every Wednesday here.
This is what I consider a failing business. Owners hire what they believe is an ambitious, hard working personal only to drive away potential customers because some lazy, 4:59 clocking out employee. Enjoy!
