The worst, 2 years ago I did my whole new shingle roof, they offer a 10 year warranty, had a problem on my roof and they said they don’t do that. So be careful this people will offer a warranty against material and workmanship and then SORRY WE DONT DO BLISTEERS!!!
The worst service ever, now I have to sue them, but sure I will write a review in any place I can, so No new people work with them. SCAMERS

Florida Roof-​Tech has finished my roof. It took a longer than expected but at the end of the day they were committed to quality and that’s all that I received. If you’re looking for quality roofs for an affordable price in the Miami-​Dade area, Florida-​Roof Tech is the one.

The work on my roof has not begun yet due to unforeseen issues relating to our finances. However, you’ve all heard that saying; «first impressions.» Well, in this instance I was sold.
See, this was not mentioned during the assessment and estimate of a new roof. But, as everyone should do, I did shop around. Purposely leaving Florida Roof Tech as my last one. They have done work in my area and you can clearly see we are in desperate need of a new roof. They are persistent and left several flyers at my door. Don’t stop being persistent.
Judging on the demeanor, professionalism, knowledge and honesty displayed by their appraiser who was sent, five stars is too few for the impression we were given. The man has patience I have never seen before (he will be known only as «Raul,») and I ask lots of questions. At no point was there even a hint of «hey, decide already.» Like two of their competitors who will not be named. They weren’t horrible experiences, just not worth blogging about.
My new roof will be done by Florida Roof Tech once the finance issues are sorted out. We called him back that afternoon to let him know what had happened at our bank. Again, very professionally and with understanding listened to what my mother and I said on the phone. Basically, we need a couple more weeks which he assured wasn’t going to be a problem.
To finish this blog, people worry about inspectors that’s why most in my area opt to go the illegal way. After my experience with «Raul» both my mother and I have rethought the perceived notion of Bonded and Licensed Roofing Companies. This man was so precise with our options that even my mother understood. Like I said above, I ask lots of questions. The pricing? You’d be surprised as we were how reasonable their pricing is. He also made it a point to use different channels/​options that specifically met our financial needs. I am confident just by the appraisal/​estimate, the roof will be done perfectly by Florida Roof Tech.
Give them a shot, you will be surprised as I was. Their pricing was actually less than their two competitors and I know it will be a job well done. Once we get to putting the roof at the end of this month. I will do another blog. I love good impressions.
