I change my account in person to 9.99 from 19.99 and placed it on hold until I could go back, but after 2 months I started getting billed again without and notice and the 19.99. I called to complaint on the account that is suppose to be on hold and the amount on top of that and he said there was nothing I could do right away that under the contract I have to give them 10 days prior (except they had no buss. activating my account again and charging me the wrong amount) So I told him I wanted to cancel and he said I would still get charge this month because I need 10 days prior. AND to add to everything he said JOHN I could not cancel and that the manager was on vacation and I could not do anything until he was back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!
I told him I would call me credit card and he said go ahead they would report me to the credit bureau.

You want to join a crappy gym go ahead $ 9.95 a month and a cencelation fee of $ 69.37 is the part that they won’t tell you plus the manager is very rude their are a lot of better gyms in Hialeah
