With my current insurance I have to pay $ 100 to see a specialist so anytime I go see one I expect to receive the utmost attention and care to resolve my health issue. From the moment I walked in I received atrocious service. I’ve been here before 3 years ago and I don’t remember the customer service being so awful. The front desk person set my appointment at the wrong time. She said new patients don’t go at 6:00pm. I wasn’t a new patient but she considered me one since I haven’t been here for three years. She was upset and mad she made the mistake but that wasn’t my problem. Thank goodness they still attended me but their service continued to be awful. After I got called in, I sat and waited for the doctor. Once being with the doctor I started to explain what allergic reaction I had and as I was explaining to the doctor she received a phone call and walked out the room to attend it. Obviously, I thought this was VERY RUDE but I sat patiently and waited. 20 minutes later she comes back to tell me oh I guess you have this problem and you should be fine. The doctor acted like she didn’t care. Plus she wasn’t in the room to explain to me anything. It’s almost like she was just giving me a title without knowing if it was true or not. With the doctors prideful attitude, she wanted to further prove her point by doing an allergy test on my arm and found nothing. By the way, the lady who administer that allergy test is the only nice lady at this location. This test only finds the 50 most common allergies not everything. After the test, the doctor confirmed that I had nothing. Did the doctor recommend me to another location? No! No one at that place showed any care for me. I even made my own recommendations on the medicines I should take and the doctor agreed.
Don’t come here! It isn’t worth your money or time.
