History

Established in 1999.

Founded in 1999 by a former Candela Laser Engineer, Applied Medical Lasers began by providing repair service to laser manufacturers such as Cutera (formerly known as Altus Medical) and CoolTouch New Star Lasers. The company expanded into providing service to hospitals, doctor’s offices such as dermatologist, plastic surgeons, GYN, and medical spas which provide services such laser hair removal, laser vein treatment, wrinkle reduction, and other cosmetic laser services. The company expanded that further by purchasing used equipment from these establishments, refurbishing them, and reselling them. Applied Medical Lasers also represented several laser manufacturers as a distributor for their laser products both in the sale and service aspects of the business. Because we believe the most important marketing tool is word of mouth, a large percentage of our business is generated from referrals from our most loyal customers.
