14 day pre booked, never received a confirmation email. I called the day before, to confirm and was told they had sent an email saying they did not have any availability. First there was no email ever received. Second this is the second time I have tried to book and they have no availability. They need to figure out their business plan and communicate better with clients. Will not try a third time.

I planned my flight a week ago to say bye to my father with terminal cancer. My husband is working 6 days a week and we are not from Texas. I spent the week in KY. An ice storm hit the day of departure. My flight was delayed 2 hours .I began calling the shuttle service only to get a recording with no option for a recording. I emailed the reservation address. I arrived in Atlanta and was trying to get info on my new flight, so my husband started calling after my call got a recording. Surprisingly, they called me at 1:30PM to tell me they were on the way to pick me up at DFW.(My original appt was at 4– but I was the only pickup). I told them I was in Atlanta and had tried to reach them. They just cancelled me and told me they would give me a refund on the next business day. Then, she had the nerve to ask me for future business and a positive review. Waco needs a better shuttle service!

My kid took a 7am flight from San Diego to DFW. it was early and a direct flight, We were in hopes that she would have a smooth return flight back to Baylor… The Waco Streak staff had always been very helpful over the phone the three times we were going to use them. Now to the part that matters. When we did use them all he!#! broke loose. Why did it take 6 hours for my daughter to get back to waco from DFW. Because it took them 2 hours and 45 minutes just to pick her up from the baggage claim. Thanksgiving weekend or not, this company cannot handle logistics. I called to talk to the owner and his reply was: excuses, excuses. «we pick up over 100 people today, we are doing our best etc». He was very insincere and even tried to say well didnt we say we would squeeze her in?“ i said ok well did you tell me that this was a favor, did i get a discount,? i would have NEVER subjected my child to that. I mean come on is this their best excuse for overbooking their shuttle., we are doing You a favor! ayfkm. We wont use them again for traveling from dfw. I cant imagine my kid standing there for almost three hours looking for the shuttle: She called several times each time something different. — five more minutes, oh wait 15 more minutes, oh wait thirty more minutes. Poor planning on the Waco streak side of things, dont use them to trust your college kid to get back in a timely fashion. terrible terrible zero stars Unilocal,please!
