History

Established in 1985.

RIM Properties was founded by the Bryant Family. Brothers Michael and Ian put their expertise in banking and construction together with their father Roy. The trio set out to satisfy the housing needs of the high desert cities by offering high quality apartment living at a reasonable price. 25 years have passed and RIM Properties has grown substantially but still remains true to its roots by offering excellent housing.
