Azteca Tires and Wheels

I got 2 front tires on my mustang gt. It came out to $ 170 with install, balance and hazard. It was a complete package he said. Kind of expensive but they were high quality thunderer mach 4 tires so im satisfied.

Do not buy tires here they rip people off, DON’T BUY TIRES HERE!

My dad always goes here because he knows a family member of the owner. We didn’t know that when we started going here and they were always so nice and extremely helpful. I ran something over in my truck with it was new. I was freaking out but they fixed the truck and sent me on my way. They were really quick.

ROAD TRIP GONE AWRY!
The tire on the BF’s car BLEW on the 15! We don’t know the area, the wind was howling, it was just after 6pm and frankly, this dilemma stood to wreck havoc on our little the adventure!
Enter Unilocal, Azteca Tire and MARIO!!!
Talk about serendipitous! First couple calls I made were «this number is no longer in service» followed by the second, which was picked up by an answering machine. Third number I called was received by a kind voice who laid my worries immediately to bed! Mario let me know that they’re open until 7, but if I couldn’t get there by that time to call ahead and they’d make sure someone was there to take care of us!
We ended up with a stellar deal, fabulous friendly professional service, and… Wait for it… We were back on the road headed for our destination and the remainder of our in adventure HALF AN HOUR later! Half an hour!!!
Can’t even begin to tell Mario how much I appreciated his five-​star service! Even the young men in the garage sent us off with smiles and pleasantries!
Look, anyone can sell a tire, we all need them after all, but — on a Friday night when I’m sure they’d rather have been heading home, knowing we were desperate and were at their mercy — Azteca provided great service and low prices!

The worst customer service ever! And the guy trying to sell me the rims (Julio) was asking me for my number the entire time. As well as making perverted comments to his buddies in Spanish… Little did he know, I understand Spanish!!! Don’t bother coming here!!!

Ive bought all my tires from here since they opened in 2007. They have always treated me with respect and have given me the best price. I have called other shops in the area but they are always higher in price. Azteca always gives me the lowest price up front with no games.

Don’t ever go here!!! Poor CS. I bought my own tires to be mounted on my rims (which were brand new). I was told a price which we agreed to. Once they had unloaded the rims & tires they changed there mind on the price once they started to mount one tire. They wanted to charge me more money I believe because 1. I didn’t buy them from their shop and 2. because they are greedy. I am so sick and tired of shops changing their prices once you agree to the work. That’s why I try to stay away from them. Needless to say I had to go down the hill to my old tire shop who did it for less than my original quote. I will never be back!!!
