Art Cuevas Concrete

I shop contractors like I shop AKs. You gotta feel ‘em before you buy ‘em, and shop a lot of them. I shopped about a dozen concrete contractors before I got my bid from Art. Art was the lowest bid and he’s got street cred, too. He used to work and still often times works the ground himself with his guys. When you hire the Iceman, you want the Iceman to ice ‘em.
Anywho’s, my pet peeve with any business, contractor, or drug cartel is that they want to charge you as much as they can, as long as you accept their offer. My experience with Art was almost the exact opposite. I felt like Art tried charging me as little as possible while still trying to make some profit and making sure if things went south, he’d have enough to cover the loss. Art and his guys were clean and timely. They cleaned the area they worked (cleaner after they left than before they got there). And the work I received was what I was promised. I asked for 10 kilos of top grade, I received 10 kilos of top grade. I’d give Art a call to give you a bid if you have concrete work.
