Dunkin’ Donuts

Nice people but they brew the coffee weak and my wife was not impressed by her latte either.

I love donuts. I love coffee. I go to Dunkin Donuts way more than I care to admit. This is the worst DD that I have ever been to. I realize it’s inside of an amusement park and I was prepared and willing to pay the markup, but all I expected in return was the same quality that I receive at other DD locations. This place fell very short. I ordered a large iced latte and it was handed to me in less than 30 seconds. I’m no barista, but I know that a real latte takes a minute or two. What I was presented with was a glass of milk with some coffee poured in it. When this was addressed, the guy running the joint got very agitated and added a shot to it. Still not even close… He added another and it was still the worst latte ever made. Another reasonable complaint was made and his sidekick came out and called my wife «hun» and proceeded to disparage both of us. All we expected was what we normally get at any other DD on the planet. We hung around and the next three customers were also treated poorly and left unsatisfied. They should lose their franchise license.
