Our number one specialty is a traditional Native American Meal. Barney Bush (Shawnee) learned early from his family on how to prepare some of the foods of his ancestors. While traveling in his teens and early twenties throughout North America and parts of Central America, Barney also learned food preparations from other Native Americans including bison dishes, corn soups, wild rice, salmon, and chiles to name a few. Be sure to request (and discuss) your meal options when staying at the lodge.
