Mehrbakhsh specializes in the sale, leasing, and management of retail, office, and industrial property. His primary market is the Northern Virginia, Washington DC Suburb Market. With more than 21 years of commercial real estate experience, Mehrbakhsh has closed more than 750 transactions, resulting in a career brokerage volume in excess of $ 450 million.
