We specialize in working with people with back pain, hip, shoulder and knee pain as well as osteoporosis and osteopenia. Our signature program, Posture Perfect!, teaches you targeted, health-based exercises based on the work of Sara Meeks, PT that improve your posture, balance, strength, flexibility and stamina. Better posture and balance stops the pain and allows your body to return to normal. We also have the Marodyne LivMD vibration device available to help the healing process. Our exercises are safer and more effective than Yoga and Pilates. We also use the same health-based exercises to help you safely and effectively lose weight by stopping the root cause of obesity… stress eating.

Established in 2003.
Sequoia Health and Fitness, Inc. was started to help people who would never think of going to a traditional gym or health club improve their health and fitness. My 30 plus years of health and fitness experience allows me to help tackle the toughest health and fitness challenges including 50 plus pounds overweight, bad back, hips, knees and shoulders, osteoporosis fitness, poor posture and many more. Posture Perfect! is one of our unique programs designed for the 50 plus person who needs to improve posture, balance and strength while alleviating sore joints. It is also an excellent bone safe exercise program program for anyone diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia. My Posture Perfect! programs can safely and effectively help you improve posture, alleviate pain, lose weight, increase strength and balance, increase stamina and reduce stress. I have been working as a healthy lifestyle professional for over 30 years. Before becoming a healthy lifestyle coach, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in human biology from the University of Maryland, a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from Palmer College of Chiropractic and attained a certification as a personal trainer through the National Strength Professionals Association. I use the education and experience gained from each of these degrees to better help my clients solve complex health and fitness challenges.
