She guides clients through past life regressions, current life memories, progressions into the future, abundance exercises, healing exercises, higher level questions, dreams, and more.

Courtney’s earlier education was of the more traditional variety with an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and master’s degree (Education) from Marymount University.

In addition to PLR hypnosis, Courtney greatly enjoys practicing meditation since she is a big believer in its life changing benefits (as it relates to hypnosis and as an independent practice) and has been practicing since 2008. In an effort to learn/​experience more, she participated in the 7-​week Yarne Retreat at Gampo Abbey in early 2014 and has been learning from Pema Chödrön, who is her meditation
