My car broke down in Northern VA, and I needed to get it to a shop in West Virginia (approx. 45 miles), so I knew the cost was going to be astronomical. As a responsible consumer and since there are so many miles I need to go, I called 2 other towing companies to see who had better rates, and MH Towing had the best rate. I don’t always choose something based on cost alone… I make sure to check out reviews and possible complaints on BBB, and try to determine whether the person I speak to on the phone is genuine and helpful. MH Towing had all those things going on for them! So, I made an appointment for him to pick my car up from a parking lot, and he was there on time, and extremely polite and friendly. I did not get any bad or creepy-​like he’s going to rip me off somehow-​vibes from him at all (non-​car girls out there, you know what I mean…). He was professional, polite, and delivered my car to WV in excellent time. The best part is I called my insurance, and they said I have roadside assistance in my policy, so they will try to reimburse me for at least half the bill (they usually cover up to a certain number of miles).

Definitely A first-​rate service! Car broke down out near DC, and I had to get it home back in Fairfax. MH Towing got here really quickly and handled the situation in a professional and extremely friendly, polite manner. Would definitely recommend anyone in the area to call this towing service when an auto problem inevitably happens.

My car was stuck in a very icy parking lot. I called MH because of the good reviews on Unilocal.I am glad I did. Someone was there within 45 minutes and was able to retrieve my car quickly and carefully. It was not over priced and I feel like it was a very fair price and he was able to take my cc on site! Can’t say enough about these guys. Honest, professional service is what you’ll receive in a quick and friendly manner. Blanco was a great help to me with the towing service and Marcus did a great job fixing my car. They worked around my schedule and gave me a great deal on parts and labor (broken control arm, rotors, calipers, axle, sway bar links). I will be going back to these guys from now on. Thanks again.
