I came here for a wellness blood test authorized by my work. I tried to explain this to the lady behind the counter and she was very brusk. The waiting room was completely full so it took a long while since I didnt schedule an appointment, although I’ve gotten lucky before when it was nearly empty.
Unfortunately the not-​so-​friendly front desk lady also turned out to be the one to give the blood test. She nicked my vein pretty badly. Afterwards my arm swelled right up with a huge lump and an awful painful, black/​blue bruise.
It still looks really bad, even two days later after icing and still hurts a lot! I’ve never had such a bad experience with giving blood before. The bruise is really nasty, worse than the other Unilocal shots on here even! Dont come here.

Not only is the place old, dirty, and dingy, but they do a terrible job of drawing blood. Watch out in particular for the Indian lady. She will stab at your veins and dig around for a while before taking blood out. I have never experienced so much pain doing blood work before, and even worse – she did not care. My one arm ached for three hours after she took blood. Stay away!

Understaffing understood, but these people are simply rude. Like as if they are doing me a favor as opposed to collecting my money.

Very understaffed, and poor customer service. Waiting room is jammed. Person behind counter has the people skills of a pit bull… not at all interested in actually answering questions or helping people. Expect to feel like a number being processed… actually worse than the DMV if possible.
The facility is dirty, old, poorly lit and one wonders when the last time it was cleaned or updated. If your GP recommends this facility, ask for a second lab to go to.

NOT GOOD FOR KIDS.
They are extremely understaffed. There is just one guy. And he does the paperwork and draw blood. Also, he is slow as molasses. It doesn’t look like he is any good with computers because he takes a lot of time fiddling with it when he does the paperwork
He is really patient though. A long line of impatient clients doesn’t faze him. He keeps chugging along like good ol Bessie.
He isn’t good with kids. My son asked him whether the blood draw will hurt. Rather than comforting my kid, he tells my son that he has a lot of patients waiting. I don’t expect him to be entertaining my kids. But a better bedside manner would go a long way. He did draw the blood very well. He got the needle in the first try.

This was 5÷20÷14 at 3;30pm. the younger woman behind the counter only talked to us asking for the insurance card. She was also the one taking the blood. My daughter was not feeling well from the beginning, this is why we had the blood tested. I told the woman, that last time my daughter almost passed out when the blood was taken. the woman did not answer or look at us, there was NO reaction at all, when I told her that. I then asked her if she heard me, she just grunted. She never said one more word. It was almost scary but also funny, how can someone in this field of business be so rude and does not show any caring at all! We will never go back there again, it really was awful!

Guy behind the counter needs some customers service skills. I do not believe he knows how to smile or greet people. Place is in poor shape, dingy lighting, beat-​up seating, dingy walls, crappy entrance door to backroom. Upon going in the backroom (more dingy) to have a blood sample taken I noticed the seat/​table combination I sat in had obvious corrosion on the metal parts, some of it greenish. Does not inspire confidence as far a this place having sanitary conditions for the type of work they do with taking medical samples from people. I have a choice of places to have blood work done and I will not be going to this place again. On the sign-​in sheet I could see the names of others who had come in that day, not sure if this is a government regulation violation.

Very understaffed. Expect to wait 2 – 3 hours. I come here twice a month and every time there is a long wait. Staff is nice, though, from my experience so that’s why I’ll give it two stars

The lab tech was very good. Too many people waiting and under staffed. One person told me that they have waited 2 hours before. I do not feel this is a good way to run a business. Two waiting rooms that were full. Only one technician drawing for 2 rooms full of patients.

The location was by no means pretty or fancy, and the staff was nice enough. The high point, however, was that it was by far the fastest and easiest blood test I’ve ever had. I warned the technician that my veins were tricky (I’ve often had to resort to having blood taken out of the top of my hand when nurses can’t get a vein after tearing me up), but she only had to look at each arm once, poke me once, and it was smooth sailing. Great and fast work!

I don’t know if it is a company trend looking at the other reviews of other locations, but the service i received at this location was terrible. I managed to be the only person in line (in the beginning), a large line managed to form behind me during my 40 Minute wait for exactly 2minutes of time with their staff.
If there was a line, i could understand having to wait, however i was the only person there and if they had been willing to do their job i would have been out before anyone else arrived.
Maybe it was lunch time?
Either way, their attempt at customer service was tragic. I will never return to this location if at all possible.
