Golinsky Specific Chiropractic

Dr. Golinsky is amazing! I attended my company’s health and wellness fair a few weeks ago, and I approached him to learn more. Within a few minutes he pin-​pointed exactly where my pain ‘should be’ coming from just by examining my spinal cord; he was right on the money. I was really surprised how quickly he uncovered where and what my issues were. I am currently on a program where I come in twice a week, and each time I leave I feel better and better. I have danced my whole life, and have been lifting at least 4x a week while starting to study for my personal training license. Just after my first visit, I noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference in my overall movement and flexibility. Each visit it continues to get better and better. Dr. G asks me every visit how I’m feeling, and if the pain in my lower back has gotten better. I completed dead lifts and good mornings earlier this week; which usually results in me running to a heating pad after my workout… but those days are long gone. Thank you Dr. Golinsky and staff — I cannot thank you enough!

I love this place !!! The staffs are super friendly and great at remembering your names. Teresa the receptionist is super cute and friendly. Dr. Golinsky have magics hands and magic fingers he will make you feel renew and push your body back in place. The short doctor also do a good job too but i don’t know his name. So if you ever need to you back crack and your neck put in place i will come to Dr. Golinsky because he also really charming and fun !

I love this practice! I have been going for just over a month now. I’m happy to say that after several visits to other office with little success, I am now pain free, sleeping better, and back to my normal exercise routine. Everyone in the office is super friendly from the front desk staff to the doctors. More importantly, Dr. Phil and team actually care about you.

I adore this office and have been going here for a couple years now. The staff is practically family and I love the open style of practicing. They are all super helpful, friendly and I don’t have any complaints about anything. I have a phenomenal relationship with the office, and they, knowing that I have an ever changing work schedule and life demands, are completely flexible with me on my appointments and will do whatever it takes to get me in in case of emergency. One time I called them to let them know that I won’t be coming in due to a car accident and the first thing in their mind was to treat me to prevent any serious issues due to the accident. The doctors do rotate but what I have found is that Dr. G always finds a chiropractor even better than the last, so again, no room to complain.
Currently I work primarily with Dr. Ali P who has been utterly remarkable in utilizing combo muscles/​stretching work and adjustments to help me. Overall, from my full length as a patient here I no longer have wrist, elbow, arm, back and knee pains. I keep coming as a maintenance measure but also because its a piece of home for me.

So, another doctor moved on and a new one is in. It’s a bummer that all the docs I grow attached to leave. I know they were all moving onto better things, but it’s weird not knowing who will be there if I’m gone for a few months. Other than Dr. G of course. This last one is starting his own practice. So I guess that shows how good the assisting doctors are, that this is their last gig before their experience is good enough for them to give their own practice a shot.
So now we have Dr. Ali.
Earlier this week I came in after a long absence (stupid school.) Muscles wringing tight, and muscle & spine gnawing pain.
My first adjustment back set off my lower back (fascia?) I couldn’t even stand after. Dr. Ali, who I hadn’t even met officially noticed, came over and could tell I was trying to work (and move) through the massive pain, me taking it as a matter of course that this is what happens when I’m gone overly long and will be stuck with appointments like 3x a week for months to make up for my dumb, like it had been with my previous chiros. (Haven’t had it this bad since I first starting to see a chiro like a decade ago.)
Dr. Ali wasn’t fooled, he knew what was up and didn’t go away even though i was feeling self conscience and hoping he would. He led me through some gentle stretches that got me on my feet and moving around. I admit, it’s nice to be reminded that sitting in jaw-​clenching pain is dumb when I have doctors I know will help me.
So then i got the doctors orders. Dr. G showed the stretches to do to keep me loose until next appointment. Dr. Ali gave some do’s and don’ts.
Followed them as much as i could considering finals week. Back in today, feeling better overall. Not fab, but not please kill me either.
Then the adjustment.
My shoulders, now finally feeling almost normal, able to move easily for the first time in ages. Lower back, definitely on its way back to the hallowed ground of normal. Overall, Dr. Ali’s background in chiropractic and massage is evident in his well tuned hands which make him creepy clued into the problems.
Bottom line, thank goodness for being able to move again. Bummer that the docs keep rotating but Dr. Ali is first rate so I can’t complain that much.

I went to Dr. Phil for a sharp stabbing back pain under my left shoulder blade. Dr. Phil took about 15 minutes and made some adjustments to my back. I was 90% better and sharp pain was just a dull numb painless feeling. It slowly diminished with follow-​up visits.
Dr.Phil is exceptionally dedicated to his practice, he has the ability to quickly identify the root of the problem. His methods work wonders and I have developed complete confidence in him.

I threw my back out a few weeks ago, and fought all of my family who told me I needed to go to a chiropractor. I did not believe they could do anything, and even while I was there, did not think it was going to work. Dr. Phil took a few minutes to figure out what was wrong, and within 15 minutes had me feeling so much better. He did not recommend a follow up treatment unless things start to degrade. He definitely is not concerned with making as much out of each client as he can. Top notch character and ability means that I have found a chiropractor that I am willing to go back to if the need ever arises. Thank you Dr Phil!

I have been seeing Dr. Phil for about one month now. He is very personable and remembers all his patients by name. The check in process is super quick and I am in and out of there within 30 minutes. I came in because my upper back was always hurting and I was getting tension headaches almost every day. My headaches are almost completely gone and I am sleeping through the night. I highly recommend Dr. Phil’s practice. He is very passionate about the work that he does and honest.

This is the place to go to get your posture fixed and any back injuries. This Dr. is not just a doctor but also a good person.

Thorough initial evaluation that dives into your history but also confirms suspicions using really neat technology that maps your spine on the computer that will enable patients to actually see evidence of their healing/​correction process.
Beautiful and relaxing office space, warm and inviting with deep hues of royal colors and friendly staff.
There was a steady stream of patients coming and going during my first appointment so the practice seems quite popular. The happy and engaging conversations going on throughout the office reinforced the pleasure the patients have with their respective doctors along with a genuine interest patient and doctor took in one another. It was quite refreshing.
I’ll have to update at a later time after I have had a few sessions.

I came in with sciatica trouble, under the impression he would not just align me, but give me exercises to help alleviate and cure the issue. All he did was sign me up for non-​negotiable sessions that if I skipped, would be charged for anyways. When I confronted him about actually helping me, he said «I’m not a personal trainer.» His assistant spent one of my sessions on my neck, but then i interrupted and asked why she wasn’t working on my back… then she finally read my chart…
I think this place is simply a cash-​cow for him and his lousy practice. I’d say find someone who really cares about you and your well being.
