Not really happy with the manicure I had done here. I had my manicure done on Sunday afternoon, and by Tuesday it was already totally chipped and not looking good. I’ve had my nails done other places and it always lasts around a week before chipping, not two days.

I went to capri Salon& Spa to has a treatment for my hair the hair stylist Annie she did a great job for my hair I love it. Shampoo and blow dry thanks Annie I come again for more service.

Annie Dillon has been cutting my hair at the Capri Salon for about three years. The haircut always looks great when I first get it, plus it looks great after a couple of months. First rate hair cutter.

Came back from school and desperately needed a haircut and touch up! Stylist Lynn that worked on me months ago once again did an amazing job. Cut off all my dead hair finally but still kept a good length for me! Thank god… everyone else always cuts too much but she still let me keep a great length to curl my hair while still getting off all my dead ends! Got nice layers on my hair and a cool V Shape cut from the back!!! Also got gorgeous highlights and great color for the summer!

Came here for an up do in preparation for a wedding. The hairstylists couldn’t decide on a price nor could my hairstylist do the look I showed her the pic of. I ended up telling her to do curls only bur had top guide her the entire time. Towards the end I did my own hair. They wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for what I did but bargained for a more reasonable price. Will never go back.

I come here specifically to get my eyebrows done with Lata. She threads brows and has done an amazing job on mine for the past 12 years. I have followed her everywhere she has gone and plan on following her anywhere she goes. There is no one who knows or does brows like Lata!!!

Have gotten my haircut by Lynn for years, and she does an amazing job. Very good customer service, and a great price.

I’ve lived In the northern virginia area my whole life and never found a person I felt I could actually go see repeatedly to get my eyebrows threaded. I finally found Lata. Lata took her time and actually did a great job!!! She’s never in a rush and doesn’t just try to get you in and out. 10 bucks. Cash only. Give her a try!

My friend and I have used Capri Salon twice now. Both times felt them to above accommodating. Christina does a wonderful massage and my pedi’s lasted more than 3 weeks (used the OPI polish). They even did an extra sparkle polish layer at my request. The first time, the ladies were willing to let me swap the manicure for the haircut I was desperately needing. The next time we stopped in without an appointment. They were full but offered to stay past closing time if we wanted to return in a hour (absolutely). We went down to the sushi place on the corner, had a lovely birthday dinner and back for pampering. The massage chairs are a of a good quality with lots of options for working just the right spots. The place is clean and the ladies are very friendly. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is the lack of a receptionist. An issue mentioned by other posters. They try to be as polite as possible but do have to stop to address folks walking in.

I came here with the specialicious deal for the mani pedi for $ 18. They were very courteous on the phone when I made the appointment and mentioned the coupon. I called to say that I would be fifteen minutes late and they were very understanding. I came on a Saturday morning and they were very busy and I had to wait about ten minutes until they were ready for me, which was fine.
I got an eyebrow wax first and it was perfect. The lady who did my eyebrows had a great attention to detail and shaped them beautifully.
Next I had a mani pedi. The best part of this is that the massage was about 5 full minutes for each and they used awesome pressure! This is what I look for in a nail services. The bad part was the nail polish chipped by that night which makes me think that they are not using a quality product or diluting it :/​
The techs were all friendly, welcoming and talkative. I received some of the best customer service that I have ever gotten at a nail salon. The mani pedi was worth the $ 18 for such a nice experience but they just need to get better polish. With that it would be a solid 4 stars. I am willing to try them again and update my review!

I’m sad to say that my experience at Capri Salon & Spa was completely unacceptable. I had called earlier in the week to make a weekend appointment for a friend and I. We had both recently purchased the Living Social coupon for a manicure and pedicure for $ 29, and we were looking forward to trying out a new place. When we walked in, there were two employees working with two other customers in the pedicure chairs, and one hairstylist doing a client’s hair. After a few seconds of standing awkwardly at the receptionist desk, the hairstylist acknowledged us, to which I replied, «We have an appointment at 3 for the Living Social manicure and pedicure.» She said to go ahead and take a seat.
We sat there for 30 MINUTES waiting to be seen. This place is clearly understaffed, as no other employees emerged to take care of my friend and I. As we were waiting, we saw two employees, possibly other hairstylists, just meandering around the place aimlessly. Just as my friend and I were getting fed up, one of the employees, who was still with her current customer, filled our pedicure baths for us and told us to take a seat. We waited for about 20 more minutes in the pedicure chairs until the same employee came back to take care of my friend. Just as she had pulled my friend’s foot out of the bath to dry it off and begin the pedicure, two new customers came in.
The same employee immediately jumped up and began filling two foot baths for the new customers, while my friend just sat there with one foot out of the tub. I can only assume that these two women were either family or friends of the employees, as they were absolutely shown preferable treatment. After about 5 minutes of the employee rushing around for the two new customers, we had about had it. The last straw was when the employee began servicing the two new customers immediately and completely disregarded my friend and I. At this point, we got up and left. My friend made sure to tell the employees that they had just lost our business and that we would definitely be writing reviews about what we had experienced.
I am very sad to say that this is just another example of a poorly-​run business. I wasted 45 minutes of the day just to be treated as a second-​class citizen.

I’ve been going to Capri Salon and Spa for a few months now and every time it has been a great experience, be it for a wax or a simple haircut. I recommend this location to all my friends

I purchased a specialious for a mani/​pedi at the Capri Salon. I came an in an hour early from my appointment time hoping they could see me. If they couldn’t, a simple yes would have been fine. Instead, they decided to talk about me in a mean/​negative way to each other in Vietnamese not realizing that I can understand the language. I was very upset. If you think they are talking about you — they TOTALLY are. They told me to come back at my appointment time which I never did since I never want to do business with this place again. I called the manager later on to tell her about the incident which she completely denied.

This was the worst experience ever… When I arrived for my appointment at 10am the salon was closed. Me and another customer who had an appointment at the same time, sat in our cars until 2 of their employees opened up shop nearly 30 minutes late. Not even taking into consideration my first impression, the requests I made for my hair were very simple and basic. I asked for a trim and that my hair be dyed a chocolate brown, my final result was red/​orange hair and almost 7 inches of my hair gone. I thought she understood the basic terms I was using, however the final product showed me that her supposed «10 years» of experience was a full on lie. Not to mention this lady named «Annie» claiming to be one of the owners looked liked she rolled out of bed and came to work. I will not recommend anyone visit this salon unless you have no expectations of what you will leave looking like.

I came here to use a Specialicoius deal! I was impressed with the service and place. The lady offered me hot tea as I sat in the amazing massage chairs. They had plenty of colors to choose from and I did not feel rushed, as I do many times when I receive a mani/​pedi. I also decided to get my eyebrows waxed while there and she also did a fabulous job with my eyebrows. I will be back.

I came here with a deal I saw online: $ 18 for a mani/​pedi. Definitely couldn’t refuse that! When I arrived, the place was nearly empty. There was one other person there getting their hair cut. The lady that did my nails, can’t remember her name, was very nice. She started with my pedicure first, which was a plus since I was in desperate need of a massage.
The massage chair was working miracles on my neck muscles. She saw how much I was enjoying the chair so when it was time for my manicure she just let me stay in the chair while she stood up. That definitely got major points in my book. Great customer service. She did an excellent job on my nails, even while standing. I’ll definitely be back for another ‘me’ day.

The salon was apparently short on staff today, and must have decided that this was enough reason to provide bad service.
While Emerly had finished my friend’s toes and moved on to her hands, Annie was only starting mine (and she hadn’t painted my toes yet). As I watched her slowly, messily smear polish around my nail/​finger, I thought – has this woman never done this before? Turns out she’s a hairdresser who was «backup» for Emerly today. Emerly admitted to this, then quickly did my toes and redid my fingernails.
Yes, they offered hot tea, and they smiled and made small talk. But I came to relax, (and leave relatively quickly – 40 min tops!) and walk out with hands and feet looking great. After over an hour of sitting there, confused and increasingly stressed out, I ended up with a barely mediocre mani-​pedi, hurriedly done in about 10 min.
Plus, it was freezing (they only thought to turn up the heat as we were leaving), the foot bath smelled of sewage as it drained, and the lady at the front desk seemed to have no idea where she was, or what was going on. I left a tip, but only because I was too bewildered to remember not to.

We went here with a group of 4 for a pedicure and a manicure and they were very good about taking care of all of us. The chairs are absolutely amazing and the staff is very friendly. We use a Specialicious deal so the price was fantastic, but even without the deal the prices are very reasonable. The one drawback we experienced was the hair. First there were some long hairs in the pedicure bath that my daughter was in. Secondly, since they also cut hair we noticed that as you walk around with your flip flops after your pedicure you may walk through hair. But other than that this place is great and we will go back.
