Baskin-Robbins 31 Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Stores

What can I say? I’ve been eating ice cream for decades! What’s not to like about Baskin-​Robbins? This location is very convenient for me in terms of distance and Milwaukee Frozen Custard is closer to my house, but I still visit often. Always courteous service and plenty of flavors to choose from.
That’s it. Short and sweet!

I keep going into this place year round. parkings are spacious. staffs are courteous and friendly. and the area is peaceful and safe even on late night. A perfect
ice cream place to bring someone with you this summer.

Clean, well-​lit, cheery atmosphere. The owners and staff are friendly. They have the full selection of flavors including — for a time — Chocolate Mousse Royal. Their cakes stand out. I bought my Dad the mug one fir Fathers Day. It was top notch! Thank you.

The customer service is awesome at this location! We’ve been ordering our kids’ birthday cakes from them for years and they always do a great job. Yesterday we picked up the cake for my son’s party only to discover that they had put on a basketball theme instead of the football one we had ordered. We realized this when my husband was already home with the cake. I called the store and spoke with an employee. She said she would call the owner and call me back. Within 10 minutes I got a call back from the owner, Magda. She was super kind and helpful. She said she would come to my house, pick up the cake, and have it fixed for today. I can’t imagine better service than this! She was at my house 20 minutes later and took the cake back. Thank you for being so wonderful to your costumers and making things 100% right. I have been to this locations dozens of times over the years and they’re always polite, friendly, and helpful.

Outstanding and friendly service. You always feel welcome when you come and you can tell they really care for their customers. I’ve even worked here in the past when my school has done «scoop night», where teachers sign up to give away ice cream. The owners are extremely nice and they are really dedicated to helping others. The ice cream is always good too, I mean what can go wrong with ice cream! The pistachio and coconut are my 2 all time favorites! Yummy!

Excellent workers here, mostly young teenagers. They really show they care for their customer and the owner should be proud.

The ice cream here is old and stale and stale and old. I don’t doubt the tubs of ice cream have been in there for days, if not weeks. I asked for a sample of ice cream and it tasted as if it was freezer burned. My friend asked for a sample of a different type of ice cream and she complained that it had an icky film over it. We described it differently, but were still complaining about the same thing.
There saving grace were the pre-​made items in the freezer. The ice cream cake and rainbow sherbet are amazing!

I like Baskin Robbins although they are pricey, they have the best mint chip! This location in particular has friendly people and I go during off hours and there is hardly a wait. It is clean and well stocked.

WOW! Just got off the phone with this wonderful lady who just now took my «not so easy» birthday cake order for this Sunday… and she was AWESOME! Hopefully the cake will be too, we’ll see Sunday but as far as customer service. cant be better! And as particular as I was being in trying to describe how i wanted the cake to look like, she was patient and asked questions to make sure she was understanding me completely and was very kind! Just was worth letting you know.
