History

Established in 2001.

The Kaplan Team began as real estate investors and developers in 2001. In 2009 Janet joined Keller Williams Beach Cities and Alan came over in 2010. They are proud to be in business with Keller Williams Realty, the #1 Real Estate company in the USA.

Business Owner

Alan has been a licensed Realtor in California since 2001 and prior to that in Arizona. He is also an experienced Real Estate Investor and Developer.

Alan is married to his business partner, Janet who together run the Kaplan Team.

They live in the Hollywood Riviera with their two dogs, Wilson and Jake.
