Specialties
Clinical therapy services for adolescents, adults, and families in the South Bay/LA area. Rachel Cord works from a collaborative client-centered approach, focusing on tailoring each client’s clinical needs based on their own individual goals and life context. Two of her clinical specialties are Adolescent Issues and Eating Disorder Recovery (all ages).
She is also working on developing support and process groups specifically for issues pertaining to adolescents and young adults. These groups will be available in early 2016.

Established in 2015.
Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, and has over three years of experience working in the mental health field. With a passion for people, a heart for those in emotional need, and a challenging yet realistic approach to her practice, Rachel is whole-heartedly committed and engaged in the therapeutic process with each person she works with.
Rachel is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (IMF89397) and is supervised by Cathy Chambliss, LMFT #39 875.
