We specialize in using only the best hair care products and are committed to having highly trained hair stylist. Our stylist are well trained in all hair coloring techniques but we are known for our balayage coloring technique. We use only the best hair extensions line, Hotheads Hair wear. This is one of the top hair extensions and hair replacement lines on market. We also cater to men and women and do all hair cuts While receiving a great service you can also shop til you drop at our fabulous boutique!

History

Established in 2013.

Owner Tara Barel graduated cosmetology school in NY in 2003 and had big dreams! Later that year she moved to CA where she set out doing what she loved. Fast forward 10 years later, Tara took over the salon she had been working at in Hermosa Beach CA and started Haute L.A. Boutique and Salon. Earlier that year she started Haute L.A. Boutique, one of the fastest growing online boutiques in the country and knew when she had the opportunity to combine both of her passions she had to run with it.

Tara Barel has been in the beauty and fashion industry for many years. She started out as a hair stylist and has now ventured into fashion. Haute L.A. is not only a salon but a women’s fashion boutique striving to be an international brand.

Now that she is a mama she has changed the salon industry and is now allowing other mama’s to enjoy salon services while bringing their little ones with them to play in our designated areas.
