History
Established in 1980.
In 1979 Alan Chandler was in the termite and pest control business. After years of seeing foundation failures, and wet basements, he sought after solutions for his customers. After researching ways to handle these problems, the All-Dry Basement System was born. With over 10,000 waterproofed basements and fixed foundations, All-Dry has risen to the top of the industry with technology based solutions for everything involving basement health. Alan’s son, Nick Chandler, began working in basements at the early age of 13, eager to learn about his dads business. After growing up surrounded by the industry, Nick became a top waterproofer and foundation repair specialist. For the last 20 years Nick and Alan have worked together to stay updated on all new building methods, waterproofing, and foundation repair methods to continually provide solutions for there customers.
