Bellinger Rose B&B offers guests the Victorian charm with all the modern amenities. In operation since 1999, Chris & Leon Frost welcome travelers from all parts of the world. Our B&B’s four guest rooms all have private baths, with some rooms having jacuzzi baths and working fireplaces.

Full breakfast is served daily from 7 – 9:30 am. Special dietary needs are accommodated. Free complimentary wi fi. A full size hottub, 3 person sauna and treadmill are available to guests in our health room 24 hrs a day. Onsite professional massage is available at times convenient for guests, day or eve. A large wrap around porch and stone patio provides a relaxing atmosphere to read or relax.

Conveniently located in the village of Herkimer, at Exit 30 of the NYS Thruway, we are open year round. Come relax in Victorian elegance.

Established in 1999.

Owned and operated Bellinger Rose B&B since 1999, the home was built in 1865 by Jacob Bellinger.

Business Owner

Chris and Leon Frost have owned and operated Bellinger Rose Bed and Breakfasr since 1999. In addition to the daily operation of the business, Chris is an RN and Licensed Massage Therapist and owns and operates Christyl Touch Massage. Leon is a school counselor and is employed at Central Valley School. Chris and Leon also own and operate several rental properties in the village.
