I am a professional property manager and Realtor and have been utilizing Bob’s services for over 25 years. I have never had any issues with his work. Bob is always timely, efficient, affordable, reliable, professional and honest. The quality of the cleaning is top notch. The carpet dries quickly and without soapy residue. You could not ask or expect more from a carpet cleaning service.

Bob and Jeff arrived on time. They did an excellent job. They quoted for us and when they came, they reassured us that they would stick to their quote. Very fair. They were in and out in less than 2 hours. The rugs were dry within 4 hours of completion.
The men were honest and trustworthy and knew their stuff when it came to cleaning rugs. They will be our carpet cleaners forever. No need to worry, no need to look any further… these are the guys. Bob and Jeff… again, thanks a bunch!

Yesterday (5÷5÷2012), I had Bob’s Khem Clean Carpet Care over to clean the carpets in my two story house. I have only good things to say about Bob and his associate.
They arrived on time, they were very pleasant, thorough and careful in their work, AND do a great cleaning job. Their price was very reasonable.
They offered to return, at no cost, if I was unhappy about anything.
Extra niceties were left; a paper mat at the inside of the front door to let visitors know the carpets had just been clean, plastic covers for visitor’s shoes to protect the carpets and a spray bottle of carpet stain cleaner.
I recommend Bob’s Khem Clean Carpet Care without reservation.

Seriously. Don’t bother with any other company to have your carpets cleaned. After years of using a variety of companies, I’ve now used Bob for four years and won’t ever go back. Why?
o When you call you get Bob on the phone, or a quick call back.
o When the crew arrives it is BOB and two family members or long term employees. It’s the same guys everytime –they are a pleasure to have in the house and they come to know your carpets and problem areas.
o He knows his stuff –they can get the most troublesome stuff OUT
o No bate and switch on pricing.
o Quick drying — 2 – 3 hours in most cases.
o Certified GREEN

I’ve had Bob clean my carpets twice since I moved to Oakland. Both times he did an excellent job. The carpets look as good as new, and he’s in and out incredibly fast. He and his people are polite and courteous. His prices seem very competitive.
