A sat late afternoon not too hungry so french onion soup and a mixed salad. The soup was good and a lot of cheese on top which was OMG awesome(major cheeselover) lol. Salad was a good portion and good flavor of the balsamic vinaigrette. The place was busy and out waiter was very attentive. Overall a nice dining experience today.

Great food, always hot. Lunch comes out fast. Nicole the bartender is very attentive and very nice. Steak is always prepared as ordered. Plenty of options for everyone. Reasonably priced for the amount and type of food.

It was very quiet and kinda empty when we went there. What I didn’t like is service(very slow and no friendly) and portions are small and pricey. Didn’t worth it to go there, so it was our first and last time.

So I was tied up held hostage and forced to eat here again. Okay, maybe not literally, but almost five years ago that’s what I said that it would take for me to ever eat here again and we recently did. Customer service is good at Long Horn. We were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Our server went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. The biggest improvement is the food quality. It seems to have gotten much better and we were thankful. With the sheer number of restaurants in the area, it’ll probably be another few years before I venture here again, but if steak is your thing, then it is worth a shot.

Food and service were good. I would go back. Basic warning about using the receipt for tipping guidance. Give what you think the service was worth. Do not use the guidance on the receipt as the tax is included in the amount before tax. have never tipped on the tax and if you do this then more goes to the waiter. that is fine if you figure that in but if you give a standard % you will give more in absolute dollars due to the 8% tax. You may say that this is not much but if you were billed 1.6%(20% x 8%) more for an item you would probably bring it to their attention. I am not cheap and I tipped 20%. However I tipped on the subtotal and not the fina amount including the tax. The internet says that normally this is not done but it is done and you just have to be aware of it. I got a semi-form email back from their corporate office saying that this is normal and acceptable. I beg to differ. Pay attention to the receipt and tip what you think is fair!

swung by here last night, i had a gift card from work. I had the broccoli cheddar soup which was fantastic, and so was the endless oven bread. my main meal was parm chicken and it was sub par, not much for a selection for beer as well, but hey 3 dollar happy hour. maybe i should have steak in a steak house. overall it was a good experience.

Very flavorful food, good drinks with a really cool layout and a pretty modern take on western décor. The staff is super cool and friendly making this 5 stars for me… My first time coming was for my birthday earlier this year… the service and food was excellent, which is why I am back again and giving a 5 star cheers to them, their food, and great service. I have tried several of their food items ranging from the shrimp, steak, spinach dip, and most recently the delicious Long Horn salmon which I will dream about. Im surprised this place doesnt have higher reviews considering the service and amazing dishes being served up. Cheers to great food & Long Horn steak house!!!

First impressions were negative, as we had called from the mall across the street to see how long the wait would be. Ten minutes sounded great, so we drove right over. Imagine our surprise when we checked in at the hostess stand and were told the wait would be about ½ hour! A half hour(and $ 14 for two beers later), we were seated at our table and placed our order promptly but our appetizer of spicy chicken bites came out cold. The manager made it right by delivering fresh, hot chicken bites to us personally. Our steaks were juicy and cooked to our desires. Asparagus was tender crisp and fresh. The bottomless honey wheat bread was irresistible. It’s easy to eat too much here. Next is dessert. Banana cream pie. To share.

What a pleasant surprise. My chicken sandwich was really tasty and the service was very good. I don’t frequent chains but there are a few that I like. Longhorn will definitly go into my rotation.

Great steakhouse, usually prefer local restaurants over chains, but Longhorn is the best steakhouse chain in the area. Lots of food for the money, service is always great and drinks are delicious. Definitely recommended

We were served promptly by a nice man at the hostess station and immediately seated. This is the last good thing I have to say about this debacle of a restaurant. After we were seated a large party was seated, and with they were receiving their drinks, bread and appetizers we continued to sit there being ignored. We eventually got up and walked out, having never seen any wait staff or management. Don’t go there… Especially if you need nourishment immediately. You will starve before anyone gives a hoot about you.

First of all our waiter Samuel was the best but he couldn’t make-up for a slow kitchen and delivery of a burnt filet. Manager came by with no reasoning and left us no desire to return. My mom loves the one on Ridge rd. bear with me I am visiting from So. Cal. And this is not my choice for a steakhouse but she usually enjoys it. The fact that the restaurant should have given me a hint.

We went here for Mother’s Day and we had a good time… The service was spot on and the food was well prepared for a franchise joint… We had two appetizers and for mains two rounds of drinks and dessert for a total with tax & tip for $ 170.00…Not a bad bill really… The steak was cooked to perfection and everyone left happy and fed well… Very nice front of house staff who made our meal special for the folks… My father in law needs a lot of help getting around and they made it very easy for us to seat him…

I tried it again after someone reached out from there public relations department and I had a good experience. Our waitress was great and very attentive.(We went during a slower time around lunch) The food tasted good. We were seated right as we walked in. I might stop there again.

Those who think LongHorn Steakhouse is a TRUE steakhouse, do NOT know steak very well. I will admit that it is a step above Texas Roadhouse, but far below Outback Steakhouse. This will hopefully be my final restaurant review in regards to being under the umbrella of the Darden Corporation. As many of you know already, Darden does not specialize in fresh ingredients. In fact everything arriving to your table is already pre-frozen, including their vacuum sealed steaks. The steaks at LongHorn are flash burned, not actually cooked from the beginning fresh. The theme/interior of the restaurant is the best i have seen yet from any Darden restaurant. It has a modern western/rustic theme, giving you the feeling your in the Wild Wild West. I enjoyed all the animal props on the walls, while waiting for my food to come. The service at LongHorn was exceptional, with the host/server being attentive to my needs. The ticket times with food also come out in a timely fashion for all courses, again Darden will always get the seal of approval from me when it comes to a well trained front of house staff. DRINKS: The Perfect Margarita really was perfect with Sauza Conmemorativo® tequila, Grand Marnier®, Patrón Citrónge®, Triple Sec® and all-natural lemon & lime juices. The mix of these liquors creates a very well-balanced liquor drink. APPETIZERS: the Firecracker Chicken wraps was like a firework of flavor. Spicy grilled chicken and cheese wrapped in a crispy flour tortilla, served with a cool avocado-lime dipping sauce. The Sweet Corn Fritters were bursting with this sweet and spicy corn mixture inside, with a side of homemade red-chili ranch. This appetizer gives you many options to balance the sweet with the heat. SALAD: the Caesar Salad was a great compliment to the upcoming steak entrée. Hand-chopped romaine tossed in house Caesar dressing with croutons & shaved Parmesan cheese. As usual, Darden produces another amazing salad choice that you can’t go wrong with. The homemade Caesar dressing was not over-powering on top of the romaine lettuce. ENTREE: I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye. It should of been outlawed from the Menu after eating it. I ordered it Med-Rare, and to my surprise it came out right to temp. The problem was right off the bat on the plate, the amount of grease everywhere underneath my steak was saturated. This is the number one way you can tell if a steak is really fresh or not. Similar to getting a napkin to absorb Pizza Hut’s greasy pizza, was the same concept with my Ribeye. At one point I couldn’t tell if it was the juiciness of my steak, or the massive grease dripping off my fork. The grilling lines were all there on top of the steak, but so uniformed that you knew they all came from the same frozen box. It tasted like a normal processed steak, with a severe lack of seasoning. The sides were exceptional, with the Steakhouse Mac and Cheese. The Mac and Cheese had meaty chunks of bacon in it, making it very flavorful. DESSERT: The LongHorn Dessert Sampler is the WAY to go. The first piece is a light/fluffy Gold-Rush stampede chocolate fudge cake. An incredible mix of light and dark chocolates. In the middle was the Caramel Apple Gold-rush, which was a warm cinnamon apple cobbler topped with blue bell ice-cream. The caramel sauce really absorbed nicely throughout the whole apple cobbler. The let-down of the three was the Mountain Top Cheesecake. The cheesecake was extremely dry, that not even the strawberry sauce on top could take away from the lack of flavor and dryness. It was like eating a cheesecake out of cardboard. Overall: Great atmosphere/theme, Firecracker Apps, Caesar Salad, FROZEN processed greasy Ribeye, Excellent well-trained staff, and The Dessert Sampler… I will not be back.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Henrietta, their food is phenomenal and I have never had a bad experience! A couple reviewers on here felt the need to say how awful of a wait time they experience, so for those of you that don’t know this, if your going to grab dinner in Henrietta(especially on a weekend around 6pm) and the place your going to has great food, expect a long wait! Don’t go their feeling entitled, just relax, wait, then eat some food(I promise you it’s better than Bill Gray’s chicken fingers). Good luck!

Very nice rustic and western theme going on here. I ordered the triple bacon Filet with a Caesar salad side and fries. The filet was hands down one of the best filets I’ve had and only second to Jockos and The Hitching Post located on the central coast of California. The Caesar was also very tasty and the fries were seasoned to perfection. It felt like the meal was prepared especially for me and my taste buds. I am very satisfied with having come to Longhorn Steakhouse. I’ll keep this review short in just saying my meal was excellent and just what I needed. I take back my small waiting area comment and would have waited on someone’s lap for this meal. Ha ha

Sunday afternoon DH and I were driving home from church, contemplating where we should eat. Like most humans, we are creatures of habit and regularly feast at the same five or six restaurants. I was in the mood for a juicy steak. We try to stay away from red meat for health reasons, so we don’t have a regular or «favorite» joint for carne. Greeted by a not-overly friendly hostess, however, our server was fantastic! She was super amicable and attentive: refilling our drinks several times without us asking or waiting. We were impressed with their menu. Several healthy options. Husband ordered the salmon. Typically not a wise thing to order at a steakhouse, but he thought it was delicious! Pretty impressive for a place that boasts: you can’t fake steak. I’m a condiment enthusiast and I was happyhappyhappy that they used a high quality buttermilk ranch dressing. Boosted the ratings of an average salad. The fries were golden brown and tasted like fries should. Interestingly, while both cripsy, my husband’s fries were seasoned and mine were not. My steak was good. The cow who gave his life for me to eat did not do so in vain. Husband said he’d like to return. He’s a flexitarian(causal vegetarian), so that statement means a great deal.

I was greeted along with my fiancé by a lovely hostess. She offered us a spot on wait time and we spent much of it at the bar. When we arrive at our table I ordered an app that was way to spicy for me. They took it back no questions asked even made me feel better for it. There was nothing wrong with the app it tasted amazing. Zesty calimari was a little too zest for me. Lol. My fiancé ad I shared the porterhouse for two. Fantastic. But the foods amazing quality was dwarfed by the managers actions with other tables around us. He bent over backwards to keep people happy. Even when they were in the wrong. The waitress was a sweetheart and we are coming here again.

The steaks are good, come here and shove one in your face! I really like the steak knives as well. I arrived for lunch and the place was not busy at all. I always just try to get the biggest steak they have and it never seems big enough! :(LOL im a piggy
