I never thought I would be looking forward to my next dentist appointment. Dr. Harbin and his staff have really knocked it out of the park!

Great office. Very clean and the staff was super friendly. They gave me a tour and a nice gift for being a new patient. The X-​rays and cleaning were quick and the dental assistant even offered advice and showed me how to better brush my teeth. The dentist was nice and personable. Had a really great experience here and would recommend to anyone in the area.

Dr. Harbin and his staff are wonderful, they have excellent plans, even if you don’t have insurance. They really go out of their way to make every patient feel comfortable. Everyone in the office is helpful, professional, and truly great at what they do. Thank you, Dr. Harbin!

After having my dentist of 20 years retire, it was time to seek another. I researched many providers in the area and determined Hendersonville Family Dentistry was worthy of my care. This dentist office takes care to another level. From the friendly greeting, tour of the office, to the professional treatment. I couldn’t be more satisfied or pleased. I’m a little bit afraid of the dentist so I tend to put going to the dentist off. Dr. Harbin and his staff, however, completely put me at ease! They started off with a tour of the office, even explaining what certain equipment does. They were very welcoming! Because I was so curious about how fillings work, one of the assistants let me hold up a mirror and watch the process, which further put me at ease. Dr. Harbin himself is so friendly, and he knew right away what needed to be done. His confidence was very reassuring, and he and his staff work quickly and efficiently. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist! I even have my next appointment scheduled, because I don’t feel the need to put it off anymore out of fear! Thank you Dr. Harbin!

Dr. Jones at Hendersonville Family Dentistry was the best. Had a root canal and crown and I have to admit that I didn’t feel a thing. I actually almost fell asleep twice. Highly recommend!

Dr. Harbin my dentist and I could not be happier with the service and attention to detail he and all these folks provide. Beautiful, clean and efficiently run operation! Going to the dentist is no one’s idea of a good time but these guys make it better. I’m a fan and I am happy to and highly recommend it to all my fellow Unilocal’ers!

My husband was seeing a dentist (NOT Dr. Harbin!) who did A LOT of unnecessary work that resulted in him losing his 4 front, top teeth. This caused me to fear of the dentist. Since my daughter turned 4, I figured it was time for her to go, which meant Mommy needed to lead by example. My husband is seeing Dr. Jones at Hendersonville Family Dentistry to repair the damage done by the former dentist and his experiences have been good. We went to see Dr. Harbin and it was FANTASTIC. They totally eased my nerves while not chastising me for not having a cleaning in 10 years. They made my daughter comfortable and she has NO fear of the dentist and has asked when we can go back. I didn’t feel like they were trying to «upsale» me or do anything that wasn’t needed. I have already made my appointment for 6 months to go back for another cleaning.
The staff was super friendly, had no problem with all my many questions and the office is so clean. I highly recommend!

I have extremely high standards and expectations when it comes to selecting a dental practice. I will drive 200 miles (and have) to see a specific dentist or hygienist if I feel they are superior in their services to the dental practices in my local area. I’ve moved over 30 times as an adult and have had my fair share of fillings, crowns, bi-​annual cleanings, & other cosmetic dental services so I think it’s safe to say I have an «experienced» opinion when writing this review.
This was by far one of the best dental experiences I have ever had! Location had easy access from main road and plenty of parking. From the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was very profession in appearance and performance, but so down to earth. No one, including Dr. Harbin, used language that I couldn’t understand and everyone seemed happy to answer any questions that I had. Extremely clean and appealing waiting area, which unfortunately I wasn’t in it long enough… wait…I mean fortunately I didn’t spend half the day there to use the awesome Krueig machine lol! The girls in the front office are awesome and even gave me a gift bag full of goodies. They have a great patient referral program and a fantastic discount program for cash paying patients like myself in addition to their very reasonable prices. Not only did I receive the most thorough, pain-​free cleaning and xrays ever, Sarah was so nice! Don’t let Dr. Harbin’s young appearance fool you, this guy knows his stuff! Highly intelligent, gentle touch, and obviously cares about his patients. Never once did I feel pressured to spend excessive amounts of money or purchase unnecessary products. He stated the facts, gave me the pros and cons related to having the procedure done now or at a later date and had a financial person (very nice) break-​down the cost for me separately, after the appointment.
Dr. Harbin and the staff at Hendersonville Family Dentistry are «Top-​Notch» and I highly recommend giving them a try!

This is by far the best dentists office I’ve ever been to. Every single person on the staff is friendly, all smiling, and very helpful. Dr Harbin always makes time for me and any questions that I may have, no matter how busy he is. The office visit fees are reasonable and not overpriced like most of the dentists in the area. He also doesn’t try to up sell you on things that you really don’t need. The office is spotless clean and smells great every time I go in there. I’d recommend that you give Dr Harbin at Hendersonville Family Dentistry a try. I guarantee you that you will be happy with the services!
