Steve, at VIP is efficient, friendly and easy to work with. He takes care of all of the paperwork for you. The work they do is absolutely top notch! We have used them more times than I would like to admit, and our cars come back to us absolutely perfect! We have used other places in the past, and none can hold a candle to VIP! I would not consider ever going anywhere else anymore. They are absolutely awesome!

Amazing shop my car was totaled and a nice gentleman named Steve worked magic! My car doors on the passenger side were all damaged and he fixed it like it was brand new out of the dealer again! amazing amazing service! Needed my car painted in a short amount of time and they were able to get it done! It’s now been about 5 months and the paint job still looks remarkable, it looks as if I had just got it painted yesterday! Also had to get a few scraps and dings fixed on my car and they were by far the best pricing and service of the other auto body shops in the area (I tried three other in the Henderson area) such an amazing business and I will definitely be coming back here for any of my car needs.

On my way to vegas I got into a minor accident and needed my bumper fixed ASAP. Found VIP Collision near where I was staying best decision to try them out. Service was fast and prices were very reasonable. Everyone was very welcoming made me feel at ease when leaving my car.

Great work and great price, i must say his prices are very reasonable and i learned a big lesson trying to use Craigslist and trying to be cheap ended up spending more in the long run. After replacing the stock seat on my motorcycle, my rear fender had REALLY DEEP SCRATCHES from where the old seat rested. My dealership told me that it would take roughly a week and a half and cost an arm and a leg to fix. After searching around, i was recommended to VIP Collision by a friend who gave the shop a glowing first hand review. I called ahead and gave them a description of what i needed done to the bike. Here’s the thing, my bike comes in a PUNK ASS color that a lot of shops could NOT color match at a reasonable price compared to the dealer’s INSANE demand. I spoke with Steve from VIP and not only did he give me an AWESOME PRICE, he said it could be done in LESS THAN HALF THE TIME the dealership said. Dropped off the bike earlier this week and it was ready by the time he promised! EFFIN-​A!!! COLOR MATCHED. DENIM BLACK. SCRATCHES GONE! Steve was very helpful and kept in contact with updates to my bikes repair.

I don’t usually write a review, but I owe it to them. Got an estimate the same day from John and I brought in my baby Beamer to them the very next week. They fixed the front bumper and fender after some Old fart HO hit my car and run away. Good thing, I found VIP Collision. Great price great service. Told them, I can only leave my car for 3 days, and they agreed to it. They finished by the date they agreed to it and the end result is great as well. I was worry that my car will be left dirty, but none of that. It was still clean just like before I left it. Will recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be back for future needs.

Hands down «TOP NOTCH» service. I recently had my car repaired here. Let me explain the owner Steve really cares about his customers every question I had he had a professional answer in return. I couldn’t go to them so Steve was nice enough to pick up my car from my house then drove it to the shop to get repaired. This is my first review so I’ll try and stick to the short and sweet. I live in Henderson and have been here for about 4 years and never needed any paint work done. I was not in a wreck or anything, but just purchased a spoiler to put on my car and I needed it smoothed (fiberglass so the finish is not perfect and needs work before paint. I went to one place nearer to me and they said they often lose their butts profit wise when doing these so he sent me on my way. That surprised me. Based on other Unilocal reviews I drove over to VIP and explained I will be installing myself but I need it painted and I NEED it to look good otherwise it won’t go on my car because I’m pretty picky about adding things like this. I’m in my 30s so not the usual goofy kid throwing a spoiler on. Oh yeah, Right when I walked in I was offered a water by one gentleman and then a younger man came out to help me and take a look at things. He quoted me an ok price and guaranteed me the spoiler would be done right, and that turn around time could be two days for me. Ok. Two days later I received a call that it was complete. The spoiler looks really good and all the fiberglass imperfections were gone. I will get quotes from VIP for any future work I have needed because they proved they have someone competent doing the work and handling customers on the front end.

My car was damaged in a parking lot and it looked terrible. I brought it to VIP Collision and met with Steve the owner. He was very professional, gave me a free estimate and a guaranteed date the repairs would be finished by. They finished by the date they promised and I am very happy with the results.

I was referred to VIP COLLISION by a close friend who talked very highly of the place. One day i backed up into a friends car and completly damaged my bumper. I called VIP COLLISION and scheduled a date and time to take my car to get fixed. I highly recommed you talk to Steve he was so nice and professional. The service was quick and suprisingly affordable. I had my car back in 2 days and the bumper looked perfect.

They were extremely helpful in the insurance process and pretty much handled all the details of the repair. I was happy with how fast everything was. I had my car back in 3 days. Another shop had estimated 6 – 7 days. Highly recommended!
