See, I’m giving this such a low rating because of how unprofessional this store is and its workers(not adding the fact that they did not help at all). I came into this store maybe 20 – 25 minutes to do a price match after they opened in the morning. It was myself and a friend of mine, asked an associate to price match an electronic. Said it was good to go, manager says no, and proceeds to say the link I have is or a fake app(which we weren’t using an app) the manager did not explain why it was fake. I approached asking«how is it fake». Another associate assists the manager and I kid you not says«MUTHAF***ER» and asks me not give him attitude. Which I say«how can you just assume I’m giving you attitude when I’m just asking a question». After that small talk, they proceed to explain to my disbelief, on how it’s fake. Long story short, I’m literally just about done with this«customer service» and left the store with even more questions and wondering how these people have their jobs still. Don’t ever come here.

So I have a return for Toys R Us… The hubby did some shopping without me and bought a MP3 player that he broke almost immediately. So I have the reciept but the package is of course open. I tell the lady its broke and she says to go grab another for an exchange.UGH. Dont need one now since he bought one from Walmart. I say sorry dont need it. I would like store credit since I am doing some holiday shopping. She then goes into this whole thing about policy. I have to cut her off and say. look I worked as manager for KBToys and when stuff breaks the policy changes. I then said to get the manager and instead of doing that she decided to put the money due onto a gift card. He whole attitude stunk. So much for good customer service. I hope that all the stuff I bought this evening lasts cuz if I have to do another return there I might just snap!
