The Mad Batter Café & Bakery is a full service breakfast and lunch Café, offering traditional and new age cuisine. We offer dinners on Friday and Saturday nights, from 5pm-9pm. Dinner menu is a rotating menu always offering new and fresh items. One specialty item for dinner is our bacon jam; easily one of the best in town.
In addition, we are also a fill service bakery, specializing in custom cakes for every event. We always a wide array of baked goods and candies, which, everything is made from scratch! From cookies, scones, cupcakes, French macarons, cannolis, peanut brittle, chocolate bark, etc. We offer breads and breakfast pastries mostly on weekends. If you have any special requests, please don’t be afraid to ask.
Every recipe is created in house, from scratch, with fresh ingredients. We don’t have a freezer, and never will! We believe in creating food to order as much as possible. For breakfast, our two most popular items are our southern style bacon and sausage biscuits and gravy. Biscuits are made fresh every morning, from scratch! The second would be our potato hash. It is like a casserole with cheese, sour cream, onions, and a few other ingredients– this dish keeps everyone coming back!
History
Established in 2015.
This café was a creation of two owners, one who previously owned Cravin’ Cake Bakery, and the other with an abundance of business management. Both who have a passion for amazing food! Both wanted a fun, relaxing and homey feel that served great food that we would enjoy coming to ourselves. The Mad Batter Café & Bakery was then created. We hope you can share in our adventure, and hope you truly love this place as much as we do!

Hello,
My name is Brittney. I have lived in Las Vegas\Henderson area most of my life; Growing up in the little corner surrounding the Café. After high school, I started working a bakery, and all of a sudden I was obsessed with learning how to cake decorate. Switching my major, and attending the Pastry Arts program at CSN was the best decision I made.
While going to school, working in the same bakery I started at, I was one of the lead decorators, creating wedding cakes for weddings all over the Vegas Valley. Before graduating culinary school, I was offered a Job at Aria working for Jean-Philippe’s Patisserie, a world renowned pastry chef. Working there for two years, I focused on chocolate and candy confectionary treats.
Then, I started my own company in 2010, known as Craving’ Cake Bakery. A private bakery specializing in custom cakes to order. Fast forward 4 years later, and I initially partnered with someone to create the concept of The Mad Batter Café, and the rest is history!
