These guys are amazing! Robert spent a good majority of the day trying to find the best deals on parts for my car, and there were a lot! He also took the time to walk threw all the repairs that it needed even if I did understand what he was talking about. (he broke it down so I could). I have mechanic trust issues from other past mechanics these guys I trust 100%! They are honest and willing to work with you! even followed up the next day to make sure I was happy with my repairs. I would recommend them to everyone! :)

My first time trying out one of the Goodyear shop here in Las Vegas. I had an excellent customer experience from Robert, my car needed to stay there overnight because I came in late but he still had time to handle my car and what needs to be done. He asked me some information about my car but never force me to buy things they are selling. He is very informative which I like and appreciate when your doing business because it shows you know what your doing and how to keep your customers. Definitely going back and have my maintenance here! Thanks Robert!

Great spot to get your car fixed up!
My car was in really bad shape (breaks were pretty much non existent, issues with transmission, shocks had holes in them, etc.), and these guys got it done in a day and a half and offered a great deal in the process. The new manager, Robert, is a class act guy — super professional and easy to work with.
Will definitely be coming back for all my car needs!

Bought a set of tires in May 2015 and discovered a small leak just this past January and took it in to have it checked out. As I parked, David ran my plates and greeted me by my first name and knew about my puchase. Pretty cool I think.

Just checked-​in to get the $ 17 oil change and the guy that came to help me told me it would be $ 73 after the coupon because the coupon didn’t cover «full synthetic», even though that is exactly what’s advertised… Confused, I am. Going back, I will not.

I use this location for my oil changes. They have friendly employees and they always explain any type of service that may be needed before doing the work. I have had some other work done in the past and had the same honesty when it came time to replace and fix some damaged or nonworking parts.

I was nervous taking my car to Goodyear. Never been to one before. My shop was closed, so I had no choice. Well, I’m here to tell you, it was a great choice because I enjoyed an outstanding customer service experience with Goodyear. First thing that stands out is the availability of the shop. It was open at 7 AM, and that’s when I needed them. Next thing is the manager Eric. He is an honest man and has a great demeanor. Eric doesn’t try to upsell you, he doesn’t pressure you, he gives it to you straight. His goal is to earn your trust. This is not what I expected. Eric quoted me great prices on my repairs and even gave me a discount on my wheel alignment, as a first-​time customer. Next thing that stands out is the cleanliness of the shop and how organized it is. Eric doesn’t just stay in the office, he’s in the shop on the floor, monitoring his team as they work on vehicles. Eric knows what’s going on with your vehicle at all times and that was very soothing for me. Also, the speed that they turn the cars over in the shop is very impressive. These guys do not play around.
Sometimes biases can be outdated. My bias against shops like Goodyear fit into that category. Going in I expected to get ripped off. Coming out they now have a loyal customer. This shop is a gold mine in the area. I am so thankful to have experienced the Goodyear Experience. Eric and his team have earned my trust and business.

I usually go to Walmart for my oil changes, but the last few times I went they always say we don’t carry this or that. I decided to look for somewhere else and came across this on Unilocal,had great reviews so I came. Eric helped me, very nice, said it would be about 1 o’clock to be ready, not bad for a Saturday. He called me to let me know what his guy found, explained everything. Definitely recommend this place for sure. Thank you!!! We will be coming back for sure for the repairs.

When it comes to finding a tire & repair shop here in Vegas one may become skeptical. You really need to find that perfect location where you feel comfortable knowing your vehicle in professional hands. This location is prime!
What Eric (Head member at store) and team of mechanics do here is provide excellent automobile service and go beyond to make you a happy customer.
I trust Goodyear with my tires and go nowhere else to get them repaired but here. There are other Goodyear Superior Tires near the vicinity but they’re wait times can be incredibly long.
Do your best to arrive early around 8AM, on the hour after that to get your service done quickly.
Talk to Dave and/​or Eric he’ll give you the best estimate for your vehicle and answer any of your questions or concerns.
My girlfriend stopped by to have her Civic front axel replaced and they did so in a timely manner with the addition of having the tires rotated and reg oil change.
Not sure if this «check-​in» deal is availed by the time you are at or near the location, but $ 17 for a oil change (reg) is one hell of a deal. Just check in! And you just saved yourself some money for lunch, lol.
About the location and waiting area, easy to navigate to. The waiting area is clean and well air-​condition.

I initially got my A/​C fixed in Utah at a repair shop that we know and trust. When I moved to Las Vegas two weeks later my A/​C went out again. The repair shop in Utah said they would cover it under warranty and sent me to this Superior Tire.
When I took my car to Superior Tire they told me that I likely had a leak and the best way to figure out where the leak is was to put dye in the A/​C system, let the A/​C run then see where the dye leaks out of and address the problem from there. Through out the whole process I found them difficult to work with and incompetent. They had to ask for the invoice from the Utah repair shop about 4 times as they continually lost it. 3 weeks later when my A/​C finally went out again I took it back. They told me that the warranty wouldn’t cover this and that I would need a new condenser which was estimated at $ 440. I had my father call them to make sure they weren’t taking advantage of me. Come to find out they told my father I would also need a compressor which would run at least another $ 400. That’s when I decided to get a second opinion.
I took my car elsewhere. First, when they did the initial A/​C diagnostic they could not find any trace of dye on or around my A/​C system which they said was rare because dye under a black light will show for several weeks. Secondly, after they did their own dye test they found out that I had a leak caused by my O-​rings and in fact would NOT need a new compressor OR condenser. Total cost of replacing the O-​Rings was about $ 130… Compared to $ 850+ this place was trying to charge me for. Be careful when going to this place!!!

First of all this place opens on a Sunday! That’s awesome because my next couple of Saturdays are busy. Since this is a corporate store and it’s Good year, I feel like they are really reliable. They won’t try to trick you because they have standard prices. I think they change more than other small businesses but they won’t try to sell you anything you won’t need. There are warranties and you can come back anytime if you have any issues.
Service was really good. The guys in front are really nice and I think they try to give you discounts and explain everything you need. They do free brake inspections and tell you what you need before proceeding. They even show you. I had to change both my rotars and pads and adjust my rear brakes. Parts and labor came up to 300. It cost a lot but my brakes are so much better. No more rumbling of the steering wheel.
I would definitely recommend this place. Don’t mess around with your brakes. Spend a little more because it’s better to be safe than sorry.

A rare find of truth in tires and breaks. Not only did I get quality tires and breaks at a great price on short notice I also received great follow up service after a long trip. With Goodyear you can find authorized service stations around the country. Even after our long trip the manager looked at our breaks and tires and made sure anything that was not perfect was made perfect. I will not go anywhere else locally for service. If you have a company with a few or a fleet of cars call the manager Eric and you will be treated fairly. As a corporate executive who watches every dime you can not go wrong with Eric at this Superior Tire location.

It’s hard to find a reliable shop in town, but I was lucky enough to find this one! I’ve come here to replace a tire, oil change, wheel alignment, and brake service.
I came here the first time to replace a tire. I told them what type of tire I wanted, and they didn’t try to sell me on an upgraded set of tires. I eventually got another tire replaced at a different tire shop (Discount Tires), but they tried to sell me on a set of more expensive tires. I like how this place doesn’t pressure you to do that. They tell you your options and they’ll give you what you want with no question.
This place has great deals and coupons. They honored all 3 of the coupons that I had! I received a coupon in the mail for a $ 19 oil and filter, $ 20 for tire rotation and wheel balancing, and $ 99 for disc brake service per axle (regular price would have been $ 147). Also got a wheel alignment too. I was also able to use the Unilocal discount: $ 28 for $ 40 service. I thought this was a pretty amazing deal and was happy they accepted all my coupons and discounts! :D
Eric the Store Manager was very personable and helpful. He didn’t try to sell me on anything and told me exactly what I needed done and exactly how long it would take to complete. The wait time was reasonable.
This is at a good location at Sunset and Mountain Vista/​Sunset. There’s a lot of places to go to while you wait. I went out for lunch at the Olive Garden, got a pedicure, and watched the Kentucky Derby at their waiting room. There’s also a movie theater and many other places to go for food all within walking distance.

I haven’t written many reviews, but the kindness, understanding and service I received from Matthew, Assistant Manager and his crew literally saved me from a potential trip to the emergency room.
My regular mechanic recently moved to CA, leaving me not knowing what to do for car repair/​maintenance. After experiencing brake issues for the past week, I went to obtain an estimate from another company that was so outrageously high, I knew there was no way I would be able to have the repair done. I figured I was going to be without the use of my car. The stress from the entire experience exacerbated chronic illnesses I deal with in a daily basis.
On the way home from receiving the estimate, I decided to stop at Superior Tire & Service. Even though the shop was going to be closing, Matthew came out to the car in the parking lot. viewed the front brakes with a flash light, and told me if I brought the car in the next day, I would be able to get a free estimate; I brought the car back.
Imagine my extreme relief when the estimate I received for work that needed to be done asap was $ 200 less than the estimate I received from the other company! And, $ 600 less than what the other company recommended! They had told me work needed to be done that can easily be avoided for another 10,000 miles, or so. Matthew explained a couple of things that SHOULD also be done, and made perfect sense. He told me that they would complete the work for me, even if they had to stay late to do so!
I would highly recommend Matthew and Superior Tire & Service for your brake repair needs.

Omggggg Eric is thee shit!!! Excuse my French lol. Not only did he give me an amazing deal on my oil change but he kept his word and got me out of there at the exact time he promised ON A SATURDAY MORNING. I’ve never gotten service like that here or anywhere else before!
Ken, the previous store manager, was awesome but Eric is doing an excellent job taking the reigns. His friendly disposition with all the customers and just him keeping his word made for an easy visit. Also Matt was great in how he came over and really explained the work I needed and explaining what was the cause of my air filter and power steering getting dirty.
The attentiveness and consideration I experienced here is why I will continue to come back. My family has a long running history with Goodyear and today further showed why I’ll continue to come in!

This is my second time here since I moved to nevada from Cali, and I am gonna continue coming here for my oil changes and other services. This place has great customer service and friendly employees. The oil changes are very affordable and quick. They also rotate tires and do an inspection on the car for just the price of an oil change. Great place to come for your car!!!

Ken… what can I say… This guy is the most honest mechanic on the planet!
For any foreign cars or domestic they have expert mechanics with years of difficult repairs to fix your car.
I have a Mercedes 2001 and he has fixed it for 50% less than any other specialty foreign car mechanics out there. I have been so rail roaded by other mechanics in Las Vegas that it is horrible. But Superior is the best!!!
Go here for any repairs. They do honest work and they even take you home if they know you don’t have a ride home. They have a clean waiting room with a big lcd and there are many places around the shop to keep you entertained.
Ken will call you every hour to let you know what’s happening with your car. They show you evidence of what they repair. They strive to gain your trust. If they charge you a price go with it because it’s really good mechanic service. Some things I paid competitively but it was done correctly that even when it was a lower price than the Mercedes dealer the supervisor from Mercedes checked the repair and said it was a class a repair!
They make you feel like a princess! After your repairs they give you a nice invoice with every detail on it. They clean the inside of any handprints and they put a beautiful eco friendly card and with a sticker that your car was repaired correctly.
Go here! Most excellent, professional and caring staff. The mechanics have good education and even some have worked for top industry foreign dealers.
They know their stuff!
