Sugar, Spice & Everything Nice

I’ve been wanting to visit this farmers market since their first weekend back in December. They had tons of vendors, food trucks and animal rescue groups. I finally made it this weekend and was disappointed to see that there was only 2 vendors. By the time I left there was a 3^rd setting up but it was a animal rescue group who mainly helps low income people with pet food. Great cause but not exactly what I was looking for. The 2 vendors were a fruit/​veggie guy and Naked City Sweets. I have had Naked City Sweets before, Haulin Balls truck used to sell their caramel apples. They had several caramel apples that looked great, Heath Bar, Reeses, Mexican Fried Ice Cream. They were $ 8 each or 3 for $ 20. Later when I got home I saw they had posted on twitter if you went before 11am (which I did) they were $ 1 off. I ended up getting some oatmeal, cinnamon, chocolate chip cookies that were a fundraiser for the owner (I think) daughter to go on a school field trip to Disneyland. I asked about the lack of vendors and they said that some vendors come every other weekend and now that the weather is nice some are going to other events. So if you are making a special trip for the this market I would check and see what vendors are going to be there before coming. My son is playing soccer in the area Sat mornings the next several months so I will stop in again and hopefully see more vendors.
