Just let me start by saying «SUE AND PAM YOU LADIES ARE AWESOME» and we love our new home!
We started the home buying process back in December 2015 by taking our home buyer class. By February we were ready to start looking. After emailing her she called me right back. We spoke for over an hour about what kind of home I’m looking for, credit worthiness, and everything in between.
She put me in touch with a lender she works with, Alma Perez (another AWESOME lady), at RMS. One thing about the whole process is that there was excellent communication throughout the entire process between me, the Alma, and Sue. There was so much back and forth that my phone seems so quiet now that the process is over!
Sue and Pam took us to look at several homes and explained what she saw as the good and bad and asked us what we liked about the homes or disliked. This made it easy for her to find us the right home. In the end (6 months later! Not her fault!) she found us an excellent home in a quiet neighborhood.
I would highly recommend Sue to anyone that is looking to purchase or sell a home.
