Siena Pediatrics

What an amazing place!!! I have three daughters who are ages 10, 5, and 1yrs old… each of them LOVE Dr. Carrie and her team.
We have been patients of Sienna Pediatrics for many years now and used their services for everything that you can think of. From the normal well checks and immunizations to the ear infections and middle of the night croup. We have seen most of the doctors there due to the number of unplanned sick visits and they are all great. ;)
Their staff has always been able to get us in when we needed it. Once, we had a condition so serious Dr Carrie called us from her vacation when she was a Disneyland with her family. They are simply amazing!
As a health care professional myself, I want nothing but the best for my kids and Siena Pediatrics with Dr. Carrie is simply the best!

The staff here is extremely rude and disrespectful. Dr Kalili misrepresented herself as being from Anthem Pediatrics then sends an outrageous bill from Siena. Very deceptive practices. Beware when choosing Siena Pediatrics or getting stuck with Rosalie Kalili. Definitely would not recommend.

We have been going here since we arrived in August. Needless to say both Dr. Carrie (our normal pediatrician), and Dr. Lillie are seriously on point! They take care of my children, and they genuinely care about them! When my daughter was diagnosed with pneumonia, Dr. Lillie was FABULOUS in her care of my daughter!!! She was knowledgeable in how to treat her, and made sure she was comfortable the entire time! Dr. Carrie (our normal pediatrician), has always been kind and knowledgeable as well! She listens to you as a parent, and doesn’t feel the need to push things that you don’t agree with on to your child… unless she feels your child will be harmed by not doing so. I feel so blessed to have found these wonderful women; and would recommend them to anyone!

Deceptive billing practices, Dr. Kalili should be avoided at all costs. Office staff is extremely rude and unhelpful as well.

I chose this facility because of the Unilocal reviews. I am from out of town and my 6yr old son who has ASD, needed to see a Dr for his cough, runny nose, and fever. He’s had his cough for over a month now and within the last 6 days his nose started to run. This is not my 1^st child, I have a 20yr old and a 10yr old as well. I know that it’s only a matter of time once their noses start to run that, there is going to be a sinus infection. And so I waited and sure enough, here comes the fever and the deep dark green mucus!!! I don’t think the Dr that we saw even read the part of his chart that mentioned he was Autistic, because he came in and was asking him questions like he was a normal child!!! So he proceeds to exam my son by tapping on his sinus points!!! What the heck was that? Not once did he look up inside his nose, not ONCE!!! He based his diagnoses that there was nothing wrong off of tapping his sinuses!!! All of my kids have really bad sinuses, that is why I don’t even bother taking them to the Dr until I know when it’s necessary. Then the Dr listens to his chest and says something about hearing a little restricted air flow in one of his lungs and sends over to another facility, where I now have to pay more money out of pocket to see if he might have pneumonia, WHAT!!! So off we go to sit in a waiting room for over an hour, which my autistic son was not happy with about at all! Then the Dr calls me to tell me results, which were a big fat NEGATIVE!!! I could have told you that, because I already now he has a SINUS INFECTION!!! So the Dr tells me to go get over-​the-​counter anti-​histamine medicine to treat his symptoms. What the heck do you think I have been doing thus whole time!!! Saline spray, anti-​histamine, humidifier and Benadryl at night time so he can sleep!!! Now it’s 2:30 in the morning and he can not stop coughing! Thanks for nothing!!! And not to mention, now it’s 2 days away from Christmas and we are not due to go home for another 5 days and my son is going to get worse!!! I come to Henderson, NV quit often because we have family that lives here. I thought I was happy to have found a facility in the area that my insurance would cover and after doing research on it, I also thought my son would be in good hands. Boy was I wrong. I paid money out of pocket for basically, «keep doing what you are doing!» Looks like he’s going to be miserable till we can go home and see his ENT, who will diagnose him with a sinus infection and give him antibiotics which he hasn’t been on for over a year and a half. Which will actually work for him, because I don’t feed my child garbage food! If in the future I should need a pediatrician for my children while visiting my family, it definitely won’t be anyone from this office.

I have been with the same pediatrician for my kids’ whole life and realized that I didn’t really think much of them so we looked around for a new one. I heard that Dr. Carrie is the best so we made an appointment. Things got rocky and my son needed to be seen ASAP. We ended up seeing Dr. Reema, what an absolute gem. She has been amazing with my babies. I have never been so pleased. After we saw her just a couple of times we were out eating and we saw her and she started talking to my son and remembered his favorite superhero and little details about him. I was so amazed. We switched and made her our primary pediatrician. She’s absolutely amazing and we love love love her!!! since we have switched my son, who is now 4, has gained 7 pounds and is finally on the chart and is so great!!! She’s amazing!!!

I’m only writing this review now that I’ve moved out of Nevada and am not going to be selfish with my daughter’s care.
We interviewed multiple pediatricians before my daughter was born and from the moment we interacted with Siena Peds, we LOVED them.
We were lucky enough to get Dr. Carrie as my daughter’s pediatrician. From the time in the hospital, through every vaccination and well-​care check and through any of her minor illnesses, we have had such a wonderful experience with this practice. Any time we had a mid-​night emergency (as first time parents, there were many of these initially), we always had a listening ear and great advice.
Dr. Carrie cares enough to update herself and her practice on latest medical developments in pediatrics and her bedside manner is impeccable. She never rushed through any of our appointments. Although, our wait times would sometime linger, we always got her full attention. Dr. Lillie is also a very personable and capable pediatrician. In addition, the nurses at this practice (shout out to Vanessa) are the bomb! The front desk was also very responsive and courteous.
I can only hope that my daughter’s care here is as good as the wonderful care she received at Siena. I cannot recommend this practice enough if you are lucky enough to get in. The doctors where I am at now have impeccable pedigree (John Hopkins, Harvard etc)…somehow, I still think back to the capable and wonderful care of Dr. Carrie’s office. Truly a gem in Las Vegas.

I absolutely LOVE every Doctor here, they are so quick and answer every question you have without rushing in any way. Staff is friendly too!

Great office. My son had seen many different pediatricians in the first few weeks of his life. I was running into good staff, bad doctor, or good doctor, bad staff offices until I found Siena Pediatrics!
Staff is kind and helpful and I only had to wait longer than 5 minutes once which is very nice to get in and out of the doctor.
At 6 months my son is seeing Dr. Lillie and she’s so great with him. She’s always making him smile and takes her time while examining him. I appreciate her positive and welcoming demeanor and she never hesitates to go into depth when answering my questions.
I’m happy to finally go to an office with good staff and a GREAT doctor.

I took my son to see Dr. Carrie when he was about a week old, she had just opened an office next to my OBGYN’s office, and now he is almost 9 years old! She is one of the good ones!

Dr. Carrie is the best. She got us in and reassured us. She took the time necessary for parents to explain. Thanks a bunch.

We have been coming here for over 2 years now! We love Dr. Rema and the other drs as well! They take such great care of our pride and joys!

We decided to go with Siena Peds when our daughter was born because a few of our friends recommended it. We saw Dr. Carrie and immediately felt at home. She is so kind and talks to you as both a mother and a doctor. We never felt rushed, she always sat down and answered all of our questions. She would even walk us through the little paper that they give you and discuss developmental milestones. She was always so gentle and sweet to our little one, who had stranger danger for a very long time. We were always brought in on time and were in and out of the office, especially when our little one was a newborn.
Dr. Carrie can be tough to get an appointment with because she is very popular so for last minute appointments we sometimes ended up with Dr. Matt or Dr. Lily. We were definitely happy with the service and quality of care both provided. Dr. Matt is a bigger guy so he can be intimidating to the younger crowd, but he is seriously the biggest teddy bear. He was so sweet and gentle with our little one and he was always available last minute.
If you need a last minute appointment it’s best to call right at 8am. When we first started going to them it would be tough to get someone on the phone, but they have rectified that and my call is always answered now. The front desk staff aren’t the most personable, as others have mentioned, but they’ve never been rude to me. I also love that they will transfer you to the nurses if you just want some advice but aren’t sure if you need an appointment. They also have a 24 hour nurse hotline that you can call that literally saved us one Thanksgiving. Overall, we have been very happy with their service and expertise.

First time here and we LOVE it! We brought my 1.5 year old daughter in after visiting a different urgent care over the weekend. We did not feel comfortable with the level of care we received from other Dr. so we came here to visit Dr. Rosalie Kalilie. She was great! We felt that she really heard us and our concerns. She took measures to rule out diagnoses and that gave us peace of mind since the previous Dr. at other location did not do this. She was playful with our daughter and gained her trust quickly. Staff was friendly. I like that they have a «sick baby» side and a side for «not sick» kiddos. We like it here and will be keeping Dr. Kalilie as the PCP for both of our children. :)

I absolutely love this office the front desk girls go out of their way for my kiddos, one girl if she sees our name on the books she always has a sucker ready for my almost 4 yr old because he will ask. Then when we go in the back the nurse is amazing she does what she can to make my kiddos happy and comfortable. Then Dr Carrie I can’t say enough good things about her. She has gone above and beyond for our family. My middle child gave us some hard times with his health and she called the hospital at 1030 @ night on her weekend off at a hospital she doesn’t even practice at to check on my son, that whole weekend she called and checked on him on her own time to make sure he was ok after we left the hospital. She has always just gone above what she needed to. To make sure my babies are healthy. Dr Lily has checked my kiddos out before too and she is very friendly and does a great job with the kids too.

Pretty good. Everyone was friendly. Dr. Carrie was very nice. only thing is that they were suppose to send me a referral for a cardiologist. I called them to get the info, and they said they would call me in a couple days, its been over week and nothing. I’ll try again.

Love this place. We’ve been coming here for over 10 years for my Littles ones. All the Dr’s & nurses here are super friendly. They really do know how to make my babies feel better when they’re not feeling well.
Call first thing in the morning at 8 am for same day sick appointments. They are really good at giving your sick ones same day appointments if you call early.

We decided on this practice since we delivered at St Rose across the street and Dr Lillie was the one doing rounds. I really liked her and she seemed to be genuinely interesting in my son and even how I was doing. We say them again 4 days later to establish our care. My son is now 15 weeks. I have mixed feelings here.
–Dr Lillie, Dr Rema and their nurse Dr Randi are all total sweethearts who always take their time with us first time parents. They talk to us like human beings and show concern. They never look at as us like we are stupid when we ask questions since they understand how new parents can be.
–Even with sick kids with grubby little hands, this place is always clean even without the stench of bleach. It is always organized too.
–We have never had to wait too long after our scheduled appointment. Maybe only 20 minutes at most and we always come later, so I kind of expect them to run behind.
–Their front desk ladies have zero personality. Never smile, never greet you, never have any pep in their voice. How can you not be happy looking at adorable babies all day? Wanna be a crabass, go work somewhere else. Don’t ruin my new mommy glow.
–My son had a cold with cough and congestion at 2 months and they still gave him his 3 shots since he didn’t have a fever. They said it should last about 10 days max. 2 weeks later I went back since it just got worse. They did an RSV test which was negative and sent us home. A week later we went back again and they finally gave us a prescription. They put my son on penicillin, but I was concerned since I am VERY allergic to it. They said that we won’t know if he is allergic until we give it to him and that the allergy isn’t genetic. That just didn’t sit well with me. Here it is 10 days later and he still is somewhat congested, but is getting better. No reactions, so i guess I worried for nothing, but with good cause. They also were able to get us in the same day when we called.
I will continue to see them since I do love their doctors. I just wish that they would get someone nice up front.

I can’t say anything good or bad about a doctors, me and my kids will never be your clients — because of the front desk ladies, they were extremely rude and unfriendly, the altitude to customers needs a lot of maintenance out there.
The facility is pretty nice and clean, by the way…

All I can say is Dr. Carrie is super awesome! All you ever want w/​a pediatrician to care for your kids. Very sweet lady & treats you & your kids like family. NO JOKE! A MUST go-​to Dr. =) I have an autistic daughter & Dr. Carrie is just so patient w/​her. Luv it! The staff are very nice as well. Usually when I take my kids there, I never wait more than 30 mins. Honestly!
I like how they also have a «sick» & «well» side for their patients. GENIUS!!! It’s the 1^st that I’ve seen a Dr’s office that does that. I have no complaints for this office. Even w/​any billing mishaps, I usually don’t have a hard time either. Not yet anyway. lol. Try this office out if you’re looking for a pediatrician in the Henderson area. They’re great!!!
