If zero Stars was an option I would have given them zero they are the worst company I have ever dealt with to rent from ever and I’ve been renting for over 12 years they are absolutely the most unhelpful unorganized people ever as we speak I have called over 75 times this morning because my air conditioning is not working and I have four small children that live with me and there was a leak from the air conditioning and it looks like black mold is coming from it. Do you think that they’ve gotten somebody out there for that… No. I don’t even know if anybody’s in the office, it really feels like nobody actually works there. I am actually going to drive down there now and see because they never answer the phone they never answer emails I would never ever ever rent from this company again and if I could I would get out of the lease that I have now because they are that bad. Not to mention before I signed my lease they changed the deposit amount 3 times. Each time a greater amount. That should have been a major red flag. Dont waste your time with these ppl. I highly recommend Key Realty. Team kuptz is the worst. Dont say nobody warned you.

I wouldn’t give any stars if I had the option. My children and I couldn’t even sleep in our home last Thanksgiving weekend because there were no bathrooms available for use, nor were there any agents from «The Andrew Team» available to get a plumber to fix it. To top it off, they charged me for the plumbing and the full rent for a home I couldn’t use… there’s more.
My initial walk through clearly stated repairs that needed to be made. My ending security deposit however did NOT. They used my security deposit to call a kitchen sink and fix leaky plumbing that was busted LONG before I got there. Charged me $ 500.00 for it. I never once used my dishwasher because of the leak from this kitchen sink which was in my initial walk through as well.
I will NEVER use ANYTHING with this company anywhere on this planet EVER again. I am at a complete loss of words for the criminal acts I have just witnessed and they get away with it because they knew I was first time renter and a bit naïve of what was going on. Bullies to boot.

This place is terrible. The people that work here are not helpful at all. I had the worst experience with them. They charge you an arm and a leg to fix anything and everything. They are untrustworthy and I would never rent through them again. I urge you to stay far, far away from the ravago group!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. We applied for a house and basically got scammed out of $ 100. The reason they gave us was credit. Funny the application requirements stated above 600 and we both were. No evictions = never had an eviction EVER! we were told we made more than enough money and we had excellent referrals from all the property management companies we rented from in the past. Plus we are landlords ourselves!!! Rent was always paid on time. The house has been sitting still available not rented for almost a month now. Every time my fiancé called he spoke with the «property manager» and she said we were denied and to refer to the letter in the mail. So scripted but had the personality of a door knob! Rude scandalous people. Way to excel in being scam artists and taking people’s hard earned money and then finishing them off with rude, unprofessional, behavior and not upholding your requirements that are clearly stated on your application. This is a warning to anyone considering this company — look elsewhere you will be scammed! I will NEVER do any business with this company EVER again. EVER!!!

I’d give zero stars if I could. My rental property had pre-​existing mold that’s been making my dog sick and began coming through the walls. I’ve been in a hotel for two weeks and they’re just starting construction tomorrow. I’ll be out of the home for another week (at my own expense) while they make the necessary repairs. They are heartless criminals who have zero regard for anyone but themselves and I’ve never in my life dealt with such a selfish and psychopathic group. I feel like I’ve been screaming for help in a crowded room and all they’ve done is ignore me. My husband is deployed and has continually called the office from a sat phone; Cissy won’t let him through to Mike or Tim because they’re all cowards. I don’t even usually write reviews, but I want everyone to know how Tim operates his business.

These people are complete uncaring thieves. Dont deal with them for any reason. They could care less after u sign a lease and will nickel and dime u to death. 50.00 for a light bulb etc etc. They belong in prison for their behavoir. STAY AWAY!!!

I had contacted Laura about viewing a property in Henderson and she promptly emailed me a list of properties and asked me to send her an email with my phone number and what days worked best for us. I replied with my cell phone number, the properties we were interested in and what days worked best for us. I never got a response after that, which was a Saturday, then on Wednesday morning she sent an email saying that she needed my phone number, followed by a very rude email later that night, telling me that she does not do business for fun and that I apparently missed an appointment with her that day. I had never tried to track her down because she mentioned in her first email about how busy she was, and she never had gotten back to me, so I found someone else.
It sounds to me like maybe she should be less busy and learn to treat clients with respect. I’d never do business with someone who was too unorganized to actually read her emails and inform the client of an actual appointment, then turn around and blame the client! What a piece of work!!!

I had to call you even to find out that I was denied. If I had waited for you to contact me I would probably have only a day to find a new place to live. I called a few times to try and get information on my application and everything I could never find someone that knew anything. Apparently they don’t want to rent property out. It also would have been nice not have been dragged along. When I went to turn in my application they made it sound like I had it in the bad.
