How my story began was a day before Thanksgiving while driving my work van it overheated and needed to be towed. I called spoke to Jacob and explained the situation, he told me he would stay open and take my van inside the shop overnight until they could begin looking at it in the morning. The next morning I get a call from Dennis, this friendly guy explained everything that needed to be done and the also provided the cost for his services and parts. After agreeing to the estimate he said he would call either Friday or Monday once it was competed and ready for pick up. I received the call Friday afternoon and picked up my van that day. This shop is wonderful and honest, I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience.
