Therapeutic Massage is not limited to any particular specific technique. I incorporate several approaches in my practice, including but not limited to the following: Muscle Activation Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Therapeutic Taping, PNF Stretching Techniques, Deep Tissue Sports Massage and Hot Stone included for a more relaxing approach.

History

Established in 2013.

Spiritt. llc was established in the state of Nevada in 2013. Previous to Spiritt Noël operated as a SP in the state of California. Working as a personal trainer and Massage Therapist Noël has over 20 years experience in the health and fitness field. Massage therapy is a great addition to my Fitness practice and has allowed me to help people better them selves in yet another manner.

Massage therapy training programs focus on the modalities of massage, anatomy, kinesiology, physiology, the study of tissues and organs, body mechanics and business ethic all things needed to better myself and help others.

Business Owner

Noël Alonzo was born and raised in Gilroy California. Attended Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz CA and joined the United States Marine Corp in 1996. After his military career he found a passion for health and fitness. Noël had several careers, from Real Estate to an Electrical contractor. It wasn’t until he suffered from a back injury that he found his passion for alternative healing. Currently 8 years following his back injury Noël is feeling even stronger and wants to share his passion for the self healing powers of the body.
