This girl Karla has a stick up her butt! She has ZERO customer service skills if you want to be treated like crap just go see this snotty witch. Every time I go there she is rude to every customer that walks in. If she smiled her face would crack. I’ve taken my business elsewhere!

I’m only giving this one star because Unilocal won’t allow negative numbers.
This place is beyond terrible; they never have what I need and the store’s manager has never heard of good customer service; she treats customers absolutely atrocious.
Go somewhere else, or bury your pool, rather than deal with these people.

Summer, when you are talking to other customers on the phone it don’t look good rolling your eyes in the back of your head and chomping on gum!!! I can’t believe your boss hasn’t fired you. I been shopping here for 8+ years and you really give this place a bad rap! If you don’t like your job or working in the public quit! Oh and don’t take your pool vacuum here to get looked at. The guy tried telling us he needs a special tool to open it… yes its called a screwdriver!!! Do people really fall for this because he’s to lazy to open it!!!
