Kindred’s Henderson, NV location provides sub standard care. The staff refused to continue the care plan my mother was transferred with from the hospital. We received excuses at every turn. The case manager, Vona and wound nurse in the ICU section are combative and dismissive to family members when they ask questions, share concerns and request services to be preformed. All the progress my mother made over the last 4 – 6 weeks, while in the hospital, has been lost in less than two weeks at the Kindred Henderson location. When she entered the facility she was alert and she is now unresponsive. We are now filing complaints with the insurance carrier and Medicare and researching a new location.
