History

Established in 2005.

We are two former insurance defense attorneys who became tired of seeing victims of car crashes and the actions of others, getting abused by the system, because they lacked a quality personal injury lawyer. Rather than continue for the defense, we decided to devote our time and energy to helping victims of someone else’s carelessness. Justin and Cory have had over 15 years of personal injury experience, and we ready and excited to bring that experience to every case, and every client.

Business Owner

Justin Wilson and Cory Jones are thorough and aggressive advocates for their car accident and personal injury clients. In recognition for Mr. Wilson’s litigation excellence, he received induction into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes the outstanding achievements of trial lawyers throughout the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won verdicts or settlements in excess of one million dollars. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.

Mr. Wilson graduated from Oregon’s prestigious Willamette University College of Law in 2000.

Mr. Jones is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Jones Mr. Jones started litigating personal injury claims in 1993 after graduating cum laude from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark School of Law.

Professional affiliations include the Clark County Bar Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada; and the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association.
