Horrible service… left 3 msgs to call and once the receptionist said he was standing in front of her and he would call me back in 5 min. That was 3 wks ago still no call… luckily moved to Phx which State Farm here couldn’t even get info from them… Just received a new bill from Mr Crockett for more money and changes on car insurance which wasn’t authorized… called talked to rude receptionist she said he’s on phone to call back. I said No, he needs to call me today… I’ve been trying for 3wks. No phone call! Terrible service. Found out later didn’t have enough coverage either… reel you in and then screw you! Calling corporate offices Monday…

Very knowledgeable. Received both auto and home quotes and was very pleased. Although both quotes were lower, I didn’t feel any pressure to switch. My agent, Kassie Espinosa was fantastic. I would recommend her to all my friends

I switched my auto and home insurance to State Farm a few years ago and I have never been happier. This agency helped save me some money and they have been easy to work with any time I had a question.

If I could rate this office zero stars, I most definitely would. I encountered the worst insurance experience via the agents at this location. Not only did they ‘accidentally’ refinance my vehicle, when I came into the office to get THEIR mistake corrected, everyone was nonchalant, as if things were my fault. There was never an apology. I’ve never dealt with such negligence, when you’re faithfully taking someone’s money each month-​ON TIME (never been late, never missed a payment) you’d think they’d care. They lost a great customer though, I am now back with Nationwide, a far better company, with much better rates, shouldn’t have left in the first place. Not necessarily saying State Farm is a horrible insurance company as a whole, the agents at THIS location only care about their bonuses, which they thought they’d get when they ‘accidentally’ pushed my voided refinancing application through. As a customer you don’t matter. Avoid this location at all costs.
