This is a «mom and pop» operation which might be fine for a restaurant, tax service, or landscaping outfit, but when your health is concerned I think you need to be more cautious. The «doctor’s» wife is also a part of the staff, but she is either untrained or unaware of how to behave in a professional way. During my functional training sessions she would often encourage me to discuss my health conditions which I felt uncomfortable with because it was often in the presence of other patients which is a total violation of HIPPA laws! But beyond that, she also wanted to talk about my personal life and religion which also made me feel very uncomfortable. I saw her reprimand employees in a very loud voice in the presence of many clients which I also felt was unprofessional.
Fortunately for me, I didn’t have any major injuries to overcome and didn’t experience any adverse reactions to my treatments. But the atmosphere in the office wasn’t pleasant and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their privacy or who doesn’t care to witness office politics played out in front of them.

Never would recommend this place to anyone. I would warn them not to go there. Doc was nice. Treatment helped my sciatica some but the aftermath of dealing with their billing office was unbelievable! They came after me 6 months AFTER my last appointment. I paid that amount due (Insuance apparently did not pay). I was told by billing girls no other monies owed. ONE YEAR LATER they sent me another bill!!! I told them what the other person had told me. They said they could not stand behind anything a former staff member had told me.
they threatened me with collections etc etc. I researched as best I could but finally gave up on an 18 month old bill and paid the amount as a contested billing. I did get a letter from them SIGNED BY THE DOC that I did not owe any other monies, which I insisted on. I will never go back there and tell as many as I can not to go there. Staff unprofessional, some of the chairs you had to sit in were all torn (yuck) etc etc.

I really want to give this place 5 stars but because of my first day there I have to give it 1.
I made an appointment with the front desk guy who was young looking and said he had just moved here. I specifically asked him «how much are adjustments?» He said its around $ 60 – 80.
The day of my appointment I came in and had to go through a whole process just to see the doctor. I had to watch a video on how he does the adjustments and the equipment he uses. This is when he tells you everything for today’s appointment is going to cost $ 360. Doesn’t say that any of this except the X-​rays are optional. That I think is truly unprofessional. I was shocked and didn’t understand why this appointment all of a sudden wasn’t $ 60 – 80 but $ 300 more than what I expected. This could’ve been a miscommunication on exactly what the price was but I’ve never been to a chiropractor where you had to pay all these extra fees. I didn’t but should’ve asked for a list of everything I had to pay for and the reasons why and what exactly could be optional. But I went along with it because he said he was also a nutritionist, the same career I’m trying to get into.
Throughout the appointment I was adjusted with a piece of equipment, manually adjusted, put in a massage chair with ice around my neck, tested for iron deficiency and some other kind as well where I had to put a liquid in my mouth and my skin carotenoid level was checked. I also had to step on something that measured to see if and what kind of foot pads I would need, think this looked at balance and if you put more pressure on your right or left side normally. The doctor also checked my body to see if my liver and all organs etc were working properly. I also had an X-​ray.
I was truly impressed that I felt more taken care of at a chiropractors office than my normal doctors office. The doctor said at my next appointment he would give me the results and this never happened. I never made a 3^rd appointment. He put a lot of effort into all of those tests that I would expect to have the results at my next visit like he said. I understand things get in the way like new patients to deal with but if you want to KEEP one you have to follow up immediately. At least a phone call with the results would’ve been better courtesy than never receiving them. Which I STILL haven’t gotten.
I thought this doctor wanted his patients to be healthy but from never knowing my results and not being told UPFRONT (when I asked how much an adjustment was) of the enormous costs. Unfortunately I would have to say this doctor and everyone in his office are just hustlers and in my eyes con-​artists. If I would’ve gotten better treatment and better communication this review would be very different. And I honestly wish that I could’ve had a better experience because I wanted this to be my go-​to spot.
I will never be going back either because I found out that there are places called The Joint. the chiropractor place that are $ 49/​month for 4 adjustments with a 6month contract. I could’ve saved so much money from never going to this quack. Go check out my review for The Joint!

I wish there was a zero star option. This place is unprofessional! The staff is super pushy about your next appointment to harrassment level. Plus the treatment is simply a joke. First I was talked into paying cash for my care after I was told they take all insurance prior to scheduling an appointment. The treatment room is at least 8 – 12 patients at once playing musical chairs until it’s your turn to sit down and basically have a tuning fork treatment with Dr. Roles. Yes… it’s true! This is why most insurance will not cover this quack operation. I was talked into paying cash for this treatment. But first I had to pay $ 125 to do a ridiculous machine for a health test. What a joke! They checked my oxidation levels from a 1985 looking machine before I was allowed to have treatment. Did I mention this is suppose to be a Chiropractor? Then after I decided to quit and not pay for anymore treatments (after 3 visits) I get a statement from my insurance almost 2 months later. They paid Dr. Roles! My policy pays for out of network care! I see not only did this office get paid. But they charged me too up front saying they got $ 0 from my insurance! Plus I see charges for treatment not even done! I can’t believe this place is in business! The treatment is a joke. Steer clear if you want real treatment or wish to be treated with any respect!

I not only found GVC not helpful, I also found them to be very unprofessional. The sort of method that is used to «help» the patient takes about 30 seconds. After that time, you sit in a massage chair. If this is what you are looking for, I recommend you go to the mall and sit on a massage chair for free.
As for being unprofessional, during many occasions, I would be sitting in the massage chair and I would be listening to the employees talk about their religious beliefs. Not only do I not share the same beliefs, but I also didn’t enjoy listening to them speak about it while I was there. This happened almost every single time.
On top of all that, I received a bill over a year and nine months later for nearly $ 500!!! I was told the insurance would be covering everything and didn’t think anything about it until I received the notice in the mail. It took them THREE MONTHS to deal with this situation (because they were so unorganized). While I was talking to them on the phone, they gave me attitude and told me that its common sense that I could receive a bill up to five years later if the insurance didn’t cover it.
I couldn’t possibly recommend this place to anyone but my enemies. I feel bad for the employees there because I am sure they are all nice people. Unfortunately, I just think that their organization is poorly run.

I’m new to the area, and have been frequenting chiropractors for close to 15 for low back and neck pain caused by sports through the years (I am not even 30 yet). I’ve had great results from my doctors back home, so was hoping for the same here. I first visited GV Chiro in early July for neck pain associated with stress. On the upside, the staff is very friendly, and so easy to work with. I am quite certain they have helped many of the patients they see on a regular basis. I hope I’m the exception to the rule. Here’s my story: as most chiro’s do, Dr. Roles asked me to begin coming in on a regular basis (3 times per week) for awhile, until I could get my neck (and back) back into shape. So, he began adjusting my entire spine– neck, middle, and lower back — with his ProAduster as well as manually adjusting me. After the first two weeks of visits, my neck wasn’t much better, and I was beginning to have serious low back pain, as well as numbing/​tingling sciatic pain… so, I told the doctor was was happening, and he kept adjusting me, saying my body was simply trying to deal with being back «in» after being «out» for so long. I gave him one more week after that, and at the last appointment I mentioned how much pain my lower back was in. So, he put me on the table and tried to manipulate my low back manually. When he was done, I could hardly get OFF the table. He knew he had caused a lot of pain, so he recommended I get an MRI (to find out if I had a herniated disc), and he also recommended that I continue with my regular visits to him. That was my last visit. I headed to my PCP, who sent me on to an orthopedic specialist. The specialist sent me for an MRI, where a herniated disc was confirmed.
Long story short… the doctor and the staff at Green Valley Chiro are so friendly, and were a joy to spend time with, but they did much more damage than good for me, and I would be cautious heading in there for an adjustment if I were you.

Okay maybe if I turn my head a little to the right… ouch…how bout to the left.ouch. Alright I will just look straight ahead at all times and then I won’t feel any pain. Now I have a problem I just dropped that pencil and now I have to bend my head to see where it went… hum. You know I think its time to forget the pencil and take myself to a chiropractor. Problem I don’t believe in this type of doctoring… but I am in pain. Its time to put to the test to believe or not believe. That same day I find myself sitting at the pro adjuster in Dr. Roles office. The machine starts… I feel it on my neck and running down my spine… my thoughts… this can’t be doing anything I feel no pain, no tingling, nothing. How is it getting to my pain through my clothing. I then hear a tender voice tell me okay your done. What how can that be that took no time at all. After a soothing moment in the massage chair I leave his office. Turn my head left then right and I bend it forward and backward. No pain. Thank goodness for Dr. Roles. He made a believer out of me. Not only am I walking around pain free its the first time in years that I have a comfortable nights sleep. I have continued my therapy with Dr. Roles with amazing results. Now let me take a moment to also share with you about his staff, Michele, Alyssa, Gia, Ryan and Susie are the greatest group of people I have met in an office. They always greet you with a genuine warmth and I have noticed that they treat each person that enters with compassion. Dr. Roles also has Carwin (the man with gifted hands). The massages that I get are fantastic. He truly is a man of skill and knowledge. The moment he lays his hands on my back I can feel all the tension lift from my body and go into a complete relaxed state. Its definitely an ahhhhhhh moment. Thank you Dr. Roles, Michele, Alyssa, Gia, Ryan, Susie and Carwin for my wonderful care.

In the Interest of benefitting my wife with chronic neck pain since before our 20 year marriage I met Dr Roles privately. Feeling more comfortable I brought my wife to see him and consult. We both felt at ease, particularly with the accuracy of his Pro Adjuster and the LACK of our feared neck and back twisting and popping. Besides his and his staffs personality is very congenial. I appreciated the small business and sort of family feeling we got when visiting. To my own surprise my own back benefitted though my being treated was initially to encourage and for my wife s benefit. My own hip pain and tossing in bed nightly due to what I thought was arthritis has nearly evaporated after only a few visits. I feel I walk straighter and more like a normal young human than my own age. I also greatly appreciate the treatment by their therapeutic tissue massage staff (Carwin is VERY good!). My issue with them is how they said our charts looked great and dropped us like a rock once they discovered our insurance deductible was $ 10,000. The charts looked worse than the first one. And now my wife is in much more pain. Good, but treatment affected by how good your insurance is. Until we got dropped we made
All our payments on time. Jeesh!
