I am happy to say I have found my new smoke shop! I loved this place and it is obvious why they have such a loyal clientele. The young dude working in there knew just what I needed and was also able to tell me which products were best sellers. I got a cigarette roller, paper, filters and a grinder all for just over $ 20. Not to mention the guy was really friendly and as others said, did not try to push sales on me.
The service was efficient, professional and helpful. I will definitely be back and recommend others to stop by. :)

What can I say. This place is awesome. Always receive excellent customer service and good deals sometimes even package deals which is always appreciated. The say your more likely to go to the place with good customer service and bad product then the place with good product and bad service. Well this place has great service and products so you get five stars from me! I recommend everyone in Hendersin to check out Gibson smoke shop.

Wonderful customer servic. My BF and I came in close to closing time Friday night looking for a hookah and the 2 guys working were so beyond friendly and provided us with very educational information on all the different types of hookahs despite staying a little past closing… they never rushed us… never tried to up-​sell us. They took their time and made us feel very comfortable with our decision. By far a wonderful place to go if looking for a hookah or any smoking needs. Will definitely drive the few extra miles to get our hookah needs just to have the great service they provided.

Prices are reasonable, received 20% off being a first time buyer and checking in on Unilocal.the staff gave me advice on why my hookah wasn’t blowing out smoke very well, and what I can do to fix it. they know what they’re talking about here and inform you of the quality of their products. I’ll definitely return to purchase all my hookah supplies here. Highly recommend this smoke shop. probably my favorite shop thus far

Wish I can put 10 stars
Been so out of the loop with hookah that I was so outdated so I went in and came out with a sick ass hose for my hookah and the guy gave me so much knowledge on stuff to use and how to set it up! That guy knows what he’s talking about! Plus the prices are great compared to other places!

Awesome experience! Went to buy first hookah and wasn’t very knowledgeable. Got so much great info and she was so patient. The hookah is very solid and heavy. Just feels right. When I tested it had no leaks and felt smooth. I can’t explain how patient she was but I was impressed. Didn’t try to up sale me on anything just good info and I made the decision.

This is a clean, local smoke shop close to our house that we frequent about once a week for hookah supplies. A nice, Indian family runs it and they have always been super sweet and accommodating. If there is a certain product they see we purchase a lot, they make sure to stock up on it so it’s ready for us to buy the next time we come in. Also if there is a product we want that they don’t have, they contact local vendors to see if they can get it in their store.
They’ve matched the prices of our other smoke shop we used to go to (but was further away) so that they could maintain our business. I really appreciated that as this place is closer to us; I was surprised at how they went above and beyond to make us happy. Nothing put positive experiences here!
P. S. You might see a white, little ball of fur running around — no reason to fret — it’s just Casper, their adorable pom puppy :)
