Gibson and Leavitt Oral & Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery

AMAZING! Dr. Leavitt was great he was super straight forward with everything that needed to get done! I was nervous going in but who wouldn’t be when you have to get all 4 wisdom teeth out! He was fast and efficient and called the night after my surgery to make sure I was doing well! Wonderful doctors great staff would recommend them to everyone

I only write same day reviews when I’m just astounded at the service or skill that was provided by a business and this is one of those days!
Dr Gibson might be the most patient man alive! I was referred by my equally excellent dentist (Dr Wilson at Anthem Hills Dental) and I had a few decisions to make. He explained every option multiple times, gave his personal and professional opinions and probably would have drawn diagrams in crayons if I needed him to. 12 hours later after having 3 wisdom teeth removed (I decided I should keep some wisdom for as long as possible) I could most likely could go to work even though I took a few days off to heal. He even personally called me to make sure I was doing okay and to see if I have any questions!
It’s rare to say I couldn’t be happier after having teeth removed but at this moment my pain in minimal (I’m a wuss btw) and I feel comfortable with the recommendations that were given. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed by the receptionist then I had a few laughs with the dental assistants and they even called my dentist (twice) to make sure both doctors were on the same page! So far, no regrets and if anything else comes up I’ll be sure that Dr. Gibson is my first phone call! Ohhhhh and it cost me LESS money than they initially estimated! #winning

I had great experience with Dr. Ryan Gibson. Last week I had a surgery, it was fast and painless as well as healing proses. Dr. Gibson is excellent doctor and very pleasant person. It’s wonderful to know that your doctor cares more for your well-​being then for your money. I highly recommend this office!

I was referred to this place by my dentist. I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled and I was very nervous about the process. I chose to be completely knocked out and it was a breeze. I honestly just remember falling asleep and then, I woke up with 2 less teeth. The aftercare was easy and I had no issues with healing. It was easy thanks to their professionalism and understanding of my apprehension and fear. If you need any type of oral surgery, Dr. Gibson and Dr. Leavitt are definitely the way to go. They have truly earned my trust!

This is unfortunately my 2^nd visit to this office, I say unfortunate ONLY because who wants to go for Oral Surgery? I will tell you they are the BEST team of Oral professionals I have ever met… they do their absolute best to make you feel at ease. From the office staff to the doctors, I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone in need of Oral Surgery, this is the place you want to be.

Great experience with my 8 year old daughter for an emergency fused tooth extraction. We saw Dr Leavitt and he thoroughly explained the process and made her feel comfortable even though she was in extreme pain during the consultation. Turned a horrible experience from another office into a great one in less than 12 hours! We are both so thankful for him and the wonderful staff.

After spending a week searching for a good wisdom teeth surgeon, I found Dr. Gibson. Dr. Gibson was the only 5 star surgeon in Las Vegas so I made an appointment with him. My consultation visit went really well. Dr. Gibson explained the surgery procedure in detail and had me get ready for my surgery. On the day of my surgery I was super nervous because I have needle phobia and this was my first anesthesia so he made sure that I was comfortable and calm. I don’t remember much after I went to sleep and I barely remember anything when I woke up but after the surgery I had no bleeding no swelling no pain and no other issues. Dr. Gibson called me 4 hours after the surgery to know how I was doing. I’m so thankful for him because this was the easiest and the best dentist visit I’ve ever had.

Friendly people and the place is clean. I had my wisdom teeth removed on the day, and at night the doctor personally called to check up on me. That’s very nice. As far as I know this is the only place that does it. Highly recommend this place! :]

A few months ago, my 13 year old daughter complained about some pain in her mouth. I checked her braces and didn’t see anything. It was Friday afternoon, and I didn’t think it was a big problem. I told her that I would take her to the dentist if it got worse. Monday came, and we saw her pediatric dentist, who gave her an antibiotic and sent us to a root canal specialist. He checked her out, gave her an additional antibiotic and painkiller, and sent us on our way. By Thursday, I called them, as she was no better or worse. They sent us to see Dr. Leavitt, making an appointment within the hour.
We see Dr. Leavitt, who tells us that she has a badly infected tooth, and even consulted openly with his partner right in front of us about different options. Because the infection was near her airway, we were to go across the street to St. Rose Sienna Hospital. His office did all the pre-​authorization with the insurance and the check-​in at the hospital. Dr. Gibson came to visit the hospital at 8:00pm, after a CAT scan, to update us on the depth of the infection. She did not need surgery that night, and it was scheduled for the next day. The following day, he checked in with us in the morning, as well as prior to the surgery that afternoon. He always spoke to my daughter first, making certain that she understood everything that was happening and had no questions or concerns. The surgery took 30 minutes longer than he had estimated, and he came out afterwards to apologize to me and my husband. He had stopped the surgery because he wanted to consult with another doctor about saving the tooth in question. He was able to save the tooth, and my daughter was released two days later.
The thing that really impressed me throughout all of our visits with Dr. Leavitt before, during, and after the surgery, was the constant communication between him, my daughter, myself and my husband, and even the other doctors in her care. He updated all her other dental providers during each step of the way. And ALWAYS spoke directly to my daughter first whenever we saw him. His openness and caring were beyond anything I have ever experienced with any doctor. He is truly a doctor above all others.

Dr Leavitt is great! Very thorough. He shows sincere concern and care for his patients. The office staff is equally as helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this office!

I had one impacted wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Leavitt. I found him to be very caring and genuine. He recommended a more precise cat scan to locate a nerve that could numb my face and lip prior to the surgery. The surgery was a breeze. I woke up a half hour later with no pain and felt like I could’ve drove home. I was back in the office the next morning. After 3 – 4 days, I was back to normal food. I never had to take one pain killer. Just the ibuprofen they provided. Very impressed with Dr. Leavitt.

I was referred to Dr Leavitt by my dentist for removal of my wisdom teeth. I have an extreme phobia of dentists so this was not an easy thing for me to do. Dr Leavitt and his staff didn’t make me feel ashamed of my fears but did all they could to make me feel comfortable. They explained everything they were doing. After the procedure Dr. Leavitt gave me his personal cell number if I needed anything. They helped me out to the car and ensured I was good to go. Dr Leavitt called me that night to check on me. I would definitely recommend this office and staff to everyone. They are the best. I wish I could give them 10 stars they deserve it!

Dr. Gibson and his staff were amazing!!! I had all four wisdom teeth removed and I was a nervous wreck. The lady’s who got me ready for the surgery were so sweet and they tried to calm my nerves any way they could. Dr. Gibson was kind about my needle phobia and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about it.
I had surgery 12 hours ago and I’m in no pain at all.
You don’t sit in the lobby for ever.
They explain everything to you so that you are comfortable and ready for everything.
I really really recommend going here, they went above and beyond!

Dr. Gibson is awesome He just removed my daughters wisdom teeth last week. He explained everything in detail and made sure that my daughter understood everything. On the day of her surgery, he called personally that night to check on her.

We were referred to Dr. Gibson’s office via our dentist for my daughter’s required tooth removal. Upon arrival the front desk staff greeted us in the most professional manner and after we completed the routine paperwork and in timely fashion we were directed to Dr. Bryce D. Leavitt for the consultation. Dr. Leavitt didn’t let us leave until we understood all the options available to us with no pressure. We left the office in confidence that we would use him for the procedure after interviewing 2 other surgeons.
Our intuition was dead on as Dr. Leavitt spent all the necessary time before during and after the procedure to make sure my daughter was comfortable. In fact there was a minor issue and he had us come in after hours to remedy the situation instead of coming in the next business day. This kind of service is rare and you can feel very comfortable with Dr. Leavitt as we will absolutely go back to in the future and highly recommend him to anyone needing oral or implant surgery.
I would also like to say that the entire support staff is friendly and highly professional.

I have never been more impressed with a doctor and his staff! I had to have an unplanned extraction that my dentist said was too difficult for her to perform so she sent me to Dr. Gibson. They were able to get me in that day, which was so nice. After I filled out the new patient paperwork, I was taken back to a room right away. Dr. Gibson was very sweet and calming during the procedure. (I was nervous)
I’ve been to this office a total of three times and each time I’m taken back right away, never had to wait. It’s very rare to find an office that doesn’t make you wait. All the staff is extremely sweet and helpful! I wish I could come here for all my dental work!

Wisdom tooth removed in a flash! Didn’t opt for sedation and it wasn’t bad at all! Dr give courtesy call after office hours to check up on pt, never had that before!

Now on ST. rose pkwy I believe. I have 2 sets of Wisdom teeth that had to be removed! He did a GREAT Job!!! I have a fear of dental work, and getting teeth pulled really was not what I wanted to do with my time off. He is VERY good at explaining what needs to be done and making you feel comfortable. I was sedated and had my teeth pulled and I’ve healed with slight discomfort only because of the nature of having soo many teeth pulled. I will say that I wasn’t in «pain». I highly reccomend Ryan Gibson!
