Francescas Facelift

From the moment I walked in, I really felt comfortable. Francesca was honest and didn’t recommend anything else that I didn’t need. I absolutely will tell all my friends avout her! Great experience!

I cannot give rave enough reviews to Fran & her services. I have been seeing her for (my ever increasing need for) Botox since I moved to Vegas four and a half years ago. She never overdoes it and she is extremely affordable. May I recommend a liquid facelift? Seriously the best thing I could do for myself! I would give her more stars if Unilocal would let me!

Francesca is AWESOME! She’s not only professional, knowledgeable and very talented at what she does… obviously important when it comes to one’s face… but she’s also friendly, kind, flexible, laid back and always makes herself available. I was recommended to com here by a friend. I has always wanted lip filler so I decided to give it a try.
I went in for my first visit and was in&out within 15 minutes, which was surprising but convenient. I could tell she understood exactly what she was doing and I continued on with the procedure.
A few days later, I enjoyed my results but wasn’t exactly pleased with the shape. I called and went in that day. She was more than gracious to take a look and she massaged them out and told me to come back in a week for a touch up.
It was very comfortable, which I appreciate! My touch up is tomorrow and I have faith everything will be just where it needs to be after that.
I have definitely recommended this place to everyone I know, she’s great.

Francesca was absolutely amazing! Her quaint office and friendly receptionist made myself and mother feel right at home. And once I started talked with Francesca, I felt like I knew her for years!
I came in for juvederm lip fillers going for that all too famous kylie Jenner look without looking like I got punched in the mouth. Francesca spoke with me about my options on how much to inject the first time and she suggested we achieve my desired look in stages. So I went with a half cc. She injected majority into my top lip, as my bottom was naturally fuller and then just added some more pout to the center of the bottle lip. The procedure was quick and almost painless! Not much more than a warm prick here and there. Her numbing cream is the business.
Although, I plan to return for my «2^nd stage» I am floored with my results. So even and natural. Pay her a visit, you won’t be dissapointed.

Francesca has an amazing vision for all things skin. Pricing is competitive and she has great monthly specials as well. On top she’s a total sweetheart! I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere. When i find something that works I stick with it. Love her!!!

Love it here! Cute and clean facility, she is very experienced and has an awesome personality! Very easy to get into and has flexible hours (yay for Saturday appointments)!! Also, there are email specials sent out! I 100% recommend coming here!

I have seen Francesca for a while and was always happy. However my recent visit in February really disappointed me. I went for my regular Botox appointment and was told there was a new and better (and more expensive product) called xeomin. Because I have always had great experiences with her service and trust in her abilities I said sure lets try it. She raved that her clients loved it and it will last longer. The results were not impressive. I waited the 7 – 10 days that it supposedly takes and the lines that Botox usually destroy we’re barely decreasing. Just shortly after a month mark I called and expressed this to her receptionist and I was assured I would recieve a call back. 3 attempted calls and some voicemails later I never once got a return call. That is just bad business and I was very frustrated that I was up-​sold on a more expensive product that obviously did not work (for me at least). Had I requested this new product I would’ve accepted the chance, however I did not. And I paid a pretty penny! Shame too. Time to find someone new!

My first visit was for Botox and loved the results. Yesterday I received Radiesse… Ladies I’m 42 and look 35 now. Immediate results! I’m SO glad I found her! Thank you Francesca!

Francesca destroyed my health. I was going to her for about 2 years, she gave me injections too close, sometimes less then 3 month a part, instead of advising me to space it more… Also she ignored me telling her that each injection leaves a mark on my forehead, saying that its not related… Eventually after last set of injections, I developed horrible systemic complications. It’s 4 month after and I am still very sick… My health is destroyed by her… I don’t know which kind of training she had for injecting Botox… I read now that the way it’s diluted and injected can affect possibility of developing side effects… I also don’t know where she is buying her Botox from… May be she is using some cheap or fake substitute… Not sure what the reason is, but the fact is because of her injections my health is ruined… I would strongly advise to not have Botox injections at all or if you do, go to dermatologist or plastic surgent… Pay a little more, but your health is worse it…

I really loved the professional level of service that I received from Francesca. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product and it made me feel more confident in my decision. I felt as if I was getting quality service and was extremely pleased with my entire visit to see Francesca. I would definitely return again!

I have been to see Francesca several times now for Botox & fillers. She is very good at what she does and keeps her prices reasonable. she is a very honest person. I have never had anything that looks unnatural and I have always been very happy with the treatments. I would HIGHLY recommend her!

If your looking for some Botox or filler injection this is where you should go. Francesca was professional and I loved that fact that she was a certified nurse practitioner. Didn’t try to sell me more that what I needed. and she had lots of other products like Chemical peels and she was also able to take away my spider veins. Will defiantly go again.
