Four Seasons Cleaners

«Cash Only» does not work for me. The staff is so unfriendly. Looking for a new cleaner.

Unbelievable poor customer service. What happened to the pregnant lady that worked there. The older man that is there now is unfriendly and so difficult to understand. Clothes are never ready when promised. The prices are good but the service is horrible not to mention my clothes have a weird stench to them as if they went even dry cleaned. I’ve been a customer for 6 years and in the past 4 to 5 months the service has gone down. I used to enjoy going there because they had quality work and excellent friendly customer service. Now with the communication problem and unfriendly counter people, I’m finding a new cleaners.

Should have backed away when I first walked in and saw the hand-​scribbled sign «cash only»… But I wanted to support my local businesses and «Al» has been not so good to me lately. Never again… Al Phillips has my business for as long as I live in las Vegas.
I realize this is the trailer park people call Henderson, but even in trailer parks they have people who have a personality… Not here. You feel like she is doing you a favor by taking your clothes and giving you a receipt.
Three days later I go to pick up, my clothes and find the place closed. Hand scribbled sign on door said «Be Back in 15 minutes». Ok, its 1pm and they went to lunch. I can deal with that. I go to lunch as well. 1:30, the place is still closed. 1:45 a car pulls up and 2 people step out holding Subway sandwich bags. there is a Subway 100 feet away. It took 2 people to go to lunch for at least 30 minutes. Maybe longer because the closed sign was on the door when I first arrived !!
I followed them into the store and as they got back to business, I looked around and saw more signs about their «services» all hand written or typed out with a home printer. I can see they were cutting corners on signage and bought scotch tape by the case.
I’ve seen better-​written signs hanging on the walls at the GoodWill Donation Centers… Take some pride in your business. make it look welcoming and if you have 2 people working at a retail business, you don’t close up shop to go to lunch!

Some of the reviews don’t seem recent so we decided to give it a try. Got an older gentleman who was funny, polite and had a great attitude. Came back and we were greeted by a woman who had a smile on her face and took great care of us. Delighted whenever we pick up our clothes. Clean and nicely pressed. Giving special attention to any spots. Can’t beat the prices!

Went to pick up my blouse and had to have it redone because it wasn’t cleaned properly. Went back to pick it up a few days later and was told they lost it! They offered to give me a credit for the value of the blouse… uh, a credit won’t help because I’m never going back there!

Employee there have no personality and are rude. clothes are never done on time. I will never use them again. 8 other dry cleaners with in a mile radius. I am shocked they are still in Business. And they even have a tip jar really.

We agree. No personality at all and overpriced for the lack of service.

First off, I’m disappointed in the staff… I walk in there and she doesn’t even ask me what I need, she just stared at me until I actually called her over.
Second, she charges me $ 15 just to fix a zipper, in my opinion, that’s a ridiculous price to pay.
Lastly, I never got a call back or anything to tell me it was done. I had to go in on my own and ask if it was done. Other places I’ve been to, I’ve always had a courtesy call if it’s been there too long. But this lady, damn, she needs a hug or something.
Chances of me going back? Probably the last place I’ld go and only reason why I would go is because it’s the closest one to my house.
