If I could rate 0 stars that would be appropriate. Ruined a brand new slip cover for an expensive chair from Serena & Lily by looking like they spot cleaned chocolate with bleach. The stain was on a white part of the fabric but somehow the blue color was taken out from their pathetic attempt while the stain remained. It took 2 weeks to finally get the $ back & a simple its not ruined response. Totally waste of time & money to go here & the night staff is beyond rude. Don’t ever ever go unless you enjoy getting things ruined & begging to just collect the $ for them doing it!

They cleaned my dress and burned the arm then tried to cover it up. When I brought it to their attention they denied it. I will never go back to a dry cleaners that lies when they have damaged something. Makes me think they will say they «lost» something snd will take It home and put it in their closet. Why on earth would I take a dress in to be dry cleaned with w burn on the sleeve that I wore all the time. It was one of my favorite dresses, I was sad to lose it. It’s not like it was a $ 300 dress either! Bad business practice here folks

Worst customer service I’ve had at a cleaners. I took my suit there to be cleaned and pressed first thing on a Monday morning. I asked if it would be done by five the next day because I had an important meeting on Wednesday morning. They said it would be done by 3. The next day they called me and told me that it wasn’t going to be done until Thursday at 3 because their press guy did not come in. I went down there and said I needed my suit done and they said there was nothing they could do. I told them I either needed my suit done or I needed it back, after looking for the suit for about 5 minutes, they just put it up on the counter in a pile and gave it back to me. I asked them if they realized that this was going to destroy all future business with them and the girl shrugged her shoulders and told me she just worked there. Then came the mad struggle of finding a cleaners that would press my suit after 11:30. Fortunately I found Village East Cleaners just down the road and they saved me. I will never go back to Foothills Cleaners.

I travel a lot and I left 14 pieces, of my best shirts and t shirts, ralph laure, hugo boss, calvin klein and emporio armani, i went to pick up my shirts and the employed told me that just the donated, that simple they donate, more than $ 1,400 wasted. Do not go to this place, most of the time return my shirts with broken buttons

Fast and friendly. They do the cleaning in-​house so there isn’t a long wait to send your laundry out. Usually they can get them done in 24 hours, impressive.

I’ll admit it, after seeing the good ratings this business accumulated over the years I walked through its doors with high hopes. I have a white down comforter that I share with pets. For that reason, on occasion, I need to take it to the dry cleaners to have it cleaned. Believe me, if I could somehow fit it into my tiny washer at home instead I would, it would certainly be kinder to my wallet. Perhaps after my experience here you can find me putting every ounce of strength I have into fitting it into my washer from this point on. When I finally made it to the front of my line I handed my neatly folded comforter to the person at the register. As I filled out paperwork they unfolded it, glanced my way with a furrowed brow and reprimanded me in front of all the other customers for not cleaning it before I brought it in. I’m sorry, I was unaware that one of the pre-​requisites for taking your dirty laundry to a dry cleaner was to clean it yourself beforehand. I could feel my cheeks grow hot as I apologized for my apparent uncleanliness (I’ve never heard of anyone ever bringing clean linens to the dry cleaners).
I will not be returning here.

I tried this cleaners after having a terrible experience with 215 cleaners across the street and I have not been disappointed. The prices are reasonable and they have next day service on the weekdays. The store is open on weekends for pick up and drop offs but they do not actually clean anything on Saturday or Sunday. The lady who owns the place is super nice and she always has some candy out for the customers (yum!). I will defintiley continue to use this cleaners as long as I live over here.

Jewel, the lady who runs the place is a real treasure. Great cleaning, good prices, excellent customer service. This used to be the closest cleaner to me but even after moving I still drive the extra 8 miles to make it here.
