Wife recommended Foot Solutions for a walking sneaker. Tried on a pair of sneakers that I later found out cost over $ 250 with the inserts. Felt OK in the store but were tight about the widest part of my foot. Sales person said they could be stretched. Wore them the next day for about a mile walk and found they needed to be stretched. Brought them back and left them over night to be stretched. Tried them again and same problem. Found out the hard way, that once they are worn they cannot be returned. In fact the inserts, whole foot and heal made it seem I was walking on high heels. Lesson learned, price is not everything. Worse yet, in checking the box I found the sneakers were not wide width. Knowing this, the sales person over sized the shoes to get the extra width. Without all the inserts, I can use them for short walks as my ankle tends to roll over. In desperation I purchased my old faithful inexpensive sneakers at a local large business for under $ 30 and purchased both the Gel and Semi-​custom inserts by Dr. Scholl’s at another well-​known retailer. I can now walk over two miles without a trace of discomfort with either the $ 5.00 gel inserts or the $ 50 semi-​custom machine defined inserts. In fact, I found I did not need any inserts at all.
Best of all the sneakers are returnable, no questions asked at the large retailer. The Dr. Scholl’s semi-​custom inserts are also returnable, (and were) for a full refund again no questions asked.
With the brand of sneaker I selected I was able to eliminate the inserts (returned) and the sneaker itself, without, any inserts, is just fine for long walks. The reason, I believe, is that the wide width made all the difference.
At this price, the shoes should be returnable. It is noted on the receipt, but as far as I can tell was not conspicuously displayed anywhere in the store. Having seen the store policy beforehand, I would not have purchased the sneakers.
Lesson learned, if a wide width is needed, a larger (longer) sneaker is not going to hack it.

Well, at first I thought the store was pleasant. The male employee is great. However I went back to pick up a special order and one employee didn’t say a word to me and the one who helped me was short and hurried me out the door.
I then went back later that day, with my mother in law and my girl, and that same employee who was short with me was blatantly disrespectful to my Hispanic mother in law. And just because we came in near closing they hardly cared about what we wanted.
May I add, my first visit my family bought $ 850 worth of shoes.
My second visit my mother in law was looking to buy another $ 250 pair of shoes.
My business is now lost.
I’ll find another way to order my shoes.
I don’t recommend this store unless you absolutely need to be there.

Fantastic. My wife has extreme arches and works in a bakery on the strip 10−12+ hours a day. She was used to traveling all the way across town for shoes that didn’t completely help. The employees were all friendly and worked with my wife’s hearing disability fully. They took all the time they needed to find exactly the shoes and long term inserts she needed for her feet to stop hurting. They know their stuff.
Just be prepared to possibly wait a little bit as its a small store with two maybe three workers, and this place seems to be getting popular as there are always customers already there being helped.

If you have back soreness, it could be that you are wearing shoes that don’t support your feet! I highly recommend any of the Finn shoes, and while they are expensive, (especially since they are not a Fashion Name Brand) you can replace the foot beds, and get at least two seasons out of them depending on how much you wear the shoes. Specifically the Phuketts are my favorite, and I buy several colors, & they’re just about the only thong sandal I wear all spring & summer. I have the custom arch supports for my sneakers, & I just bought a thin pair of semi-​custom slip in arches that are working in my Dansko clogs, & in all my leather boots, which had little support before this! My back is so much better now that I’m wearing my arches again! The move was worth it, because I found my lost & forgotten arches! They currently have a deal on Unilocal,so if you are thinking of trying some custom arches, pick that up and save yourself a little money! The customer service there is excellent! I’ve been shopping here for years!

I came here to buy shoe soles and the service was great. They took the time to measure our feet and make suggestions on a couple of shoe soles. They were very patient and friendly. They also gave us a lot of advice on feet care and support. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs shoe soles.

Continuing the search for the shoes that will help my Mom’s knee & foot heal, we ended up scheduling an appointment for her feet to be analyzed.
After an hour of walking, trying on shoes with & without the specially designed insert, she purchased a shoe with a very deep cradle & the insert.
Although this store was very pricey, the staff was so helpful & willing to keep trying shoes until she could find one that helped her walk straight, took pressure off her heals & toes & didn’t rub.
She is very pleased with her purchase & was glad they knew that she could return her shoes to The Red Rock running co for a full refund. Which we did! That kind of took a little of the sting out of the charges here at Foot Solutions :)

I’ve been a patient for several years. Very professional, quality medical care and friendly staff. If you have a problem the staff does their utmost to help.

After a negative one star experience with Apache Foot & Ankle Specialists I made a beeline to Foot Solutions of Las Vegas. I close off my Fort Apache Foot and Ankle Specialists review discussing Dr. Wittenberg refusing to create an ankle support for my left foit until I visit a Neurologist to examine a hereditary condition that causes tremors on the left side of my body. I made the most of his diagnosis for Plantar Fasciitis by visiting Foot Solutions of Las Vegas for othodics. This would be FAR LESS $ than visiting a neurologist for a generic condition that is most likely untreatable. As I write this, Dr. Wittenberg’s Henderson practice did not have an X-​ray machine causing me to think that the Plantar Fasciitis diagnosis is a band aid solution.

Foot solutions is located in the southwest corner of Eastern at Horizon Ridge in the former out of business Albertson’s shopping plaza by Panda Express and KFC. When I stepped my poor left foot inside Foot Solutions of Nevada, DeWitt who was attentativly helping a customer, greeted me at the same time he let me know that he’d help me soon. I could understand why the shop is busy. They sell footwear and over the counter othodics for Plantar Fasciitis sufferers.
This report is a shout out to DeWitt. He went over and above to help the customer before me and myself. He had suffered from Plantar Fasciitis himself and understood the pain of this foot ailment. He measured both feet before placing othodics for me to try on. The second othodics he placed on my feet felt much better. They are green superfeet that fit into my New Balance sneakers. They seem to be an improvement on my feet until I return to a professional podiatrist for an x-​ray (sorry Dr. Wittenberg of Apache Foot and Ankle) and not a neurologist (unless a professional podiatrist directs me to one). DeWitt might of gave me the gift of walking without a limp until the Plantar Fasciitis God willingly heals.

The supergreen arch support is supposed to last the duration of my footwear. $ 43.23 is a fair price to pay if it repudiates the foot pain. My only concern is that I might have another ailment that an x-​ray and not neurologist could diagnose. If I don’t return for the above reason, I recommend Foot Solutions with a visit to a professional podiatrist for Plantar Fasciitis footwear.

Great service! All the employees are very knowledgable! Owners are the nicest people and so great with customers! I got custom orthotics made in the store and they were finished 30 min later! It was a fast and easy process! They were able to fix all the pains and problems with my feet! GREAT PLACE!!!

My wife needed new shoes and Foot Solutions in Summerlin had closed. We went here yesterday and she got the shoes she wanted. The person who helped her was very thorough and professional.
When I checked in on Unilocal,I saw there was a Unilocal deal. It turns out to be a $ 15 discount on what you buy. When I knew she had found something she wanted, I bought the deal and redeemed it a few minutes later! Pretty slick, Unilocal and good advertising Foot Solutions.
One other thing, we were told that this store was in a plaza ½ mile from where it really was. When I couldn’t find it in the first mall, I pulled it up on Unilocal and I let the map lead me there.
All in all, I’m a fan.

This place and the people who work there are AMAZING. I have to wear 5 inch wedges to work for 8 hours and I literally couldn’t walk afterwards. After two weeks, I had had enough and found foot solutions. They spent an hour with me figuring out how to take the pressure off my feet and customized my work wedges with three different types of padding and support and then covered it to not be so noticeable. Best $ 60 I EVER spent! I tried them out last night at work and was able to smile all night. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES! I’ll be sending the girls your way! xoxo

OK, where are all the peeps? This place is empty, and that is fine by me.
1. Normally buy my running shoes at Village Runner.
2. However, last pair, I did not get support I needed as it supported supination too much.
3. I did not know what was wrong.
4. At Foot Solutions, they will analyze your walk and etc and get you into the right shoes. I am very happy with my current pair.
5. Pricing — Okay, perhaps 7−8% more expensive than Amazon, yet Amazon cannot analyze what you need in a shoe.
6. Selection — small but enough.
7. Service — this is the key. You can buy shoes from everywhere and for cheap. Getting the RIGHT shoe for you is difficult and this is where Foot Solutions is on top of their game.
