Eyesite of Anthem

Dr. Tami Le is the best! I don’t trust anyone with my eyes except for her! She explains things very clearly and answers all my questions. The staff is also very nice and accommodating. Facility is clean and organized and all the equipment is advanced and modern. I would highly recommend Eyesite of Anthem to anyone!!!

I had an amazing experience and Dr. Tami Le is amazing! She worked with my 8 year son and I in tandem and we were in and out quickly! She is so nice and explains everything so clearly. I cant wait to come back next year!

Dr. Lee is just wonderful! Caring and really understands your particular needs. I never feel pressured to buy anything and her and her staff are very accommodating in every way. Highly recommended!

Friendliest Optometrist my have family have been to since we moved to Vegas back in 2007. Service is excellent and have not had a problem. Definitely found a place that we will come back to year after year.

With a chronic eye condition needing specialized care I am blessed to have found Dr. Lee and Dr. Mccandless.
Super knowledgable and professional. They and their staff are warm and friendly. I have already brought in my other family members for their optical needs. If you need glasses or contacts or just a vision check-​up you will not find a better experience in Henderson.

The doctor and staff members are very knowledgeable and courteous. What I like most about the clinic is the explanation that’s given with each process and procedures you need to undergo. It’s good to know the result of the particular exam so you can plan your next move accordingly. Great place to have your eye examination done and they’ve a lot of eyewear to choice from if you need a pair of eyeglass.

Amazing place! Had to take in all three of my children and the staff here was great with all three. They all needed glasses and the staff was efficient, patient, and very friendly while dealing with my kids. The front desk staff was great and the Dr was great. She even took time out to explain to each kid what she was doing and why. Great place!

I came to this office because of the great ratings, as well as how far it was from my work and home. The doctor I saw, Tami, was fantastic, super quick, and amazingly nice!
My issue with this office lies with the gals who work in the office. I came in for my appointment after I had sent over all of my insurance information, and when I arrived, they informed me that I had given them the wrong insurance card for my secondary. I was not sure why they could not call me before I came in to let me know? When I realized my own mistake with the insurance cards, I gave her the correct one, and she told me that she would have to call me the next day after she contacted them and from there we could put in the order for my glasses. I did not receive a call the next day, or the day after that, or the day after that. I finally called her, and was told that she «hadn’t had a chance to call my insurance company.» and she would have to call me later on. Isn’t that what you do for a living? Check on people’s insurance? Was there a reason that you «didn’t have time»?
I was happy with my experience with the doctor, I was NOT pleased with the level of urgency the staff has. I now have to go elsewhere, and if she had worked with me in a timely manner, I could have gone immediately, and instead, was forced to just sit on my hands for a week until she remembered that I exist.

Dr. Le is fantastic. Warm, friendly and very thorough on her exams and follow up. We have found our family optometrist. Both my daughter and I received excellent service & care and would recommend Dr. Le to anyone needing eyecare/​exam.

I loved this office. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who handed me paperwork to fill out. They had candy up at the front to satisfy my sweet tooth. Dr. Le was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. She’s so sweet and beautiful as well. I am actually looking forward to my next eye exam. Even though I have to drive all the way across town to get to Dr. Le, it is totally worth it! :D

Recently moved to Henderson and needed an eye exam and sunglasses prescription. Dr. McCandless did a great job as did the entire office staff. I was pleased with my visit and got my sunglasses. Thank you.

A couple months ago I went to see Dr. McCandless for the first time for a complete eye exam and I was very happy with my visit. Dr. McCandless and his staff are awesome! The office is really nice and they have a great selection on eyewear. Their office hours vary so that really helps when scheduling an appointment and they are open on Saturdays! The office is located in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking.
I was not happy with the contacts I was wearing at the time and Dr. McCandless recommended a new brand of contacts and he gave me the opportunity to try samples for a few days before I made my decision. I thought that was really cool because I had decided to switch to dailies and this can be very expensive. I wanted to make sure they were comfortable before I made my decision. I’ve been wearing my contacts for a couple months now and couldn’t be happier!!! I definitely will recommend this office to my family and friends! My husband has already gone too!

This practice is a class act from start to finish — I highly recommend!!! From the booking experience over the phone, to the actual exam, to the checking in and out process. And Dr. Le in specific is professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They run a tight ship as far as scheduling (yay!) so very efficient, but take the time required for each patient. What a great experience I wish that every physician’s office I need to visit was run this way!

I agree 100% on Dr McCandless 5 star reviews but the one that gave 2 stars for the office staff has some validity, even though a bit harsh. That part of the office is a bit unprofessional in ways that are an easy fix, even without a change in personnel… but is that really what we are in there for? I wanted a good eye exam and that is what I got and I will return next year if I am lucky enough to still be on this earth and in this wonderful community.

Not all doctors are equal. Dr. McCandless and Dr. Le are exceptional. I have always gone to Ophthalmologists but decided because they were close to where I live I would try them. What a nice, professional office! i had a more thorough exam than I have ever had anywhere else. The doctor didn’t keep me waiting and was so pleasant. I felt like my questions were all answered and not rushed.
I got new glasses there and they were perfect. I would highly recommend this place and if you have kids, they too will love the doctors as they are great with kids too.

I have had glasses since I was in elementary school = lots of trips to the eye doctor… so I’ve had my fair share of the good and not so good docs in the past (part of the reason why I am now an optometry student)
Since elementary school my prescription has gotten worse which makes it difficult to find the right glasses and contact lenses that provide me with crisp and clear vision. Dr. McCandless did an amazing job.
Hands down one of the most accurate prescriptions for both glasses and contacts. I have a high cylinder component to my prescription which limits my contact lens selection, but he fit me with Biofinity Toric and they do wonders for my eyes.
Not only is his practice very modern and chic, but he has the newest technology to go beyond the standard of care. If I lived in Las Vegas, he would be my go to opto doc (until I graduate that is)
